We haven't even left for our cruise, and I would never work with this company again. We got our flight itinerary last week on Friday. We were told we have 72 hours to confirm - not including weekends and holidays. I approved the itinerary and asked if the flight upgrade was still available. They then changed my flights and added another lay over. They changed the entire itinerary without asking me and told me that this is just how this industry works. The original flight is no longer available as they gave my seat to another customer - and I was still within my 72 hours to approve the plans. This is a joke. We will cancel our trip and pay the fee to just not work with this company ever again.
Recommendation: Do not work with this company.
