So, I recently bought this Anarkali/Salwar suit from Samyakk and I was blown away by the speed of the delivery. It was really impressive! I was also expecting to pay import taxes, but to my surprise, I wasn't charged any for my total purchase of slightly over ?100. It was a bonus for me!

The skirt was heavier than the Nakkashi ones I bought previously from other sellers. It had extra padding and a net layer at the bottom to puff out the skirt, which I found quite impressive. The stitching on the lehenga and dupatta was pretty good, though there were still some loose threads that needed to be trimmed (which is understandable given the delicate fabrics). The latkan on the lehenga was beautiful, and for such an affordable price, I thought it was great value for my money.

Overall, I'm happy with Samyakk and would definitely order from them again if I found another outfit I liked.

Out of my five orders, every single one of them was messed up, whether it was the wrong size, color, or item sent, they did not care much to do a reverse pickup or even give me a refund for that matter. The only thing they're good at doing is apologizing which has no tangible solutions. And don't even bother trying to provide negative feedback on their platform, because they will remove it right away and block you from posting further comments. Like, what?

All of them were messed up, not even a single order got delivered with the correct measurements.

Their customer service is a joke! If you ever try to contact them via WhatsApp, they are quick to reply, but they have no intentions of implementing your requests into your order. Believe me, I have tried it all. Let me give you a rundown of my orders: the first order was three blouses, but they twisted and turned the measurements that I had emailed them and requested on WhatsApp multiple times. The blouse ended up being small in size with no extra cloth to extend. I ordered a sky-blue-colored organza saree, but instead, they delivered a green shade saree. How weird is that? Lastly, I ordered two Banarasi sarees, and I requested a Fall Pico, but they sent it without it. When I contacted them about the issue each time, they assured me on WhatsApp that they would take care of it next time, which they never did. I'm so tired of hearing the same apologies, sorry ma'am, we will personally take care of it next time. But what next time? They never delivered.
