I found a charge to my debit card for $30.00 that I did not authorize! I cancelled that charge and now have applied for a new card. This is a fraud... The charge was applied to my card on 29 january 2018. I have no idea how you even got my card number! Fraud fraud fraud I do not know who you are, delete me from any information you have about me!

Ordered polo shirt and cap for a friend of mine. Order reference #KVGXKQ. i When placing the order I put the wrong state.
The destination state is Maryland. Please change the state from Forida to Maryland and advise. I have called the [protected] several times and alwaus got a voice mail message. I know this site is for compliants, but did not have an alternaative. Thanks.

My bank account statement for September 2017 shows an auto-pay deduction for Alumni class.com on 21 Sept17. I never authorized or gave permission for this payment. As a matter of fact, this was suppose to be a free site. I would like my money back. The site lists a number: [protected] and a contact of Sylvia. Just a recorded message but never a call back.

Refund my $20.00 to my checking account. Your company has hounded me to renew my membership. This is the way you reward me for my renewal is a double charge. I think that might be illegal. Makes me wonder if I really want to belong to this group.
My membership name is Maudene Bledsoe (maiden name).

I contacted this web-site in Spring 2016, looking for information on my 50th High School reunion. They provided no information at all regarding my request. I ended up missing my reunion which I found out was held in August of 2016. NOW, I just received a $20. charge on my credit card for a Membership renewal fee which I did not authorize. I called the number listed and was referred to "[protected]@alumniclass.com which I cannot access online. FRAUD - shut this down!

Unauthorized charge to my credit card when I specifically informed this company over the years that I am not a member. Every year I have to inform them to expunge my charge from the account. Here we go again, another $20 charge.
What will it take to remove this annual nuisance $20 charge?
Please refund the $20 that was charged to my credit card account

I tried joining them last year to get info on an upcoming reunion at a HS where I was going to a reunion. They charged me $20 at that time (last year) and didn't tell me anything useful, just kept advertising merchandise. I don't want to give them any more money, but they charged me again this year.

My husband enrolled and paid a fee in October 2014 to get in contact with other classmates. The service was not much help to him, because not many classmates were enrolled.
Before the year was up, early September 2015, our bank account was charged $20 for another year of membership.
He tried to reset his password, to get into the site to cancel his membership, but the site did not recognize the e-mail that was the email he registered with. We had an email they sent to confirm his membership. Crazy, unprofessional, site. Do not use this service.

This company emails you pretending to be from the alumni group at your school. The email will have your alumni association name in the FROM field, will have your school colors and even your school mascot. They will offer you a great deal - for a limited time a lifetime membership for $20. The moment I entered my payment info another page comes up and I see a tiny disclaimer that they are not affiliated with any school or alumni group. SERIOUSLY? I cancelled my membership immediately - it lasted all of 5 minutes, if that. I requested a refund and was told they do not give refunds for any reason. Tried to dispute with CC company but that cute little disclaimer is their out. Beware of this one. I'm only out $20 but it burns me that it went to these crooks. They use two different addresses. The second one is 125 S. Cowley, Spokane, WA 99202.

I was looking for former classmates and found AlumniClass.com. They don't allow you to see anything before paying a one time fee of $10. I paid the $10 and there were only 3 people from my class on the site. THREE. I tried to get a refund, but according to their "terms of use" they absolve themselves from everything and do not make refunds. This place is a scam. They responded to my complaint in a timely manner (via email), but they hide behind their "terms of use" to justify not doing what is right. Buyer beware is an understatement when talking about these scammers.
