Trying to return the product (which is terrible); there is no phone number to the company, just an email address. They only give store credit but their product is very poor and so is their customer service. I will not be buying from them again.

They make you check off that you have read the return policy when trying to submit a return but fail to notify you of the return policy at the point of purchase.

They need to be closed down!

Claimed loss: $133

Desired outcome: FULL REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD
