I ordered something from AllSportProtection on May 15th and it's now June 21st and I still haven't received it. I tried calling and emailing them but got no response. Finally, I was able to get in touch with someone who told me that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. They didn't even bother to tell me that they cancelled my order and kept my money. It's amazing that they can be so incompetent and still be in business. Their prices aren't even that good and they lied about the shipping prices. They advertised Canada shipping for $19.99 but charged me $29.99. This company should be shut down. They told me that the items are coming in this week and they will ship them ASAP, but I regret buying from them and won't do it again.

I'm from outside the US and I needed some new pads for street skating. Unfortunately, the selection of inline skate gear in my country is not that great. So, I stumbled upon AllSportProtection and decided to order the Poorboy pad set which includes a pair of knee, elbow, and wrist guards for a decent price.

When I received my order, I was disappointed to find out that they sent me a set of Demon elbow pads instead of the ones I wanted. I returned them and received an email from them saying that they are sold out of the elbow pads and asked if I would want a refund. I made the mistake of asking if they are getting them back in stock but I didn't hear back from them for over a month. Finally, they told me that they are "out of stock". I was frustrated but decided to wait it out.

Four months later, I checked their site and found out that they are selling the elbow pads by themselves. I emailed them asking if I could have those instead but all they kept telling me was "it is out of stock". I call shenanigans. I don't even expect to get my shipping or my money reimbursed.

I have a lot of friends who are into Roller Derby here and if I had a good experience, I would have recommended them. Unfortunately, I told them not to bother and order from somewhere else. I'm telling all of you the same thing.

So, I ordered a black Bern Macon helmet with the hard hat liner in medium size from AllSportProtection. It took them a while to ship it, but I finally received the package today. However, when I opened it, I was surprised to find a grey Bern Macon helmet with the WINTER lining in a size XL! I mean, seriously, how do you mess up an order that badly?!
