AllSportProtection Disappointed with AllSportProtection: Sent Used Gear Instead of New

So, I gotta say, my experience with AllSportProtection was a bit of a letdown. At first, everything seemed alright with the communication and the shipping. But here's the kicker: the item they sent me was straight-up USED, man! Can you believe it? They advertised it as new, but it was definitely not fresh outta the box.

Now, I ain't no expert, but whoever packed that thing must've known it was pre-owned. I mean, come on! It's not rocket science to tell the difference between new and used gear, right? It's like they thought I wouldn't notice or something. Well, guess what? I did notice, and I ain't happy about it.

Needless to say, I won't be giving AllSportProtection any more of my hard-earned cash. And you can bet your bottom dollar that I won't be recommending them to any of my buddies who are in the market for some gear. I mean, why would I? Who wants to deal with a company that pulls a stunt like this?

So, yeah, if you're thinking about buying from AllSportProtection, I'd say think again, my friend. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more reliable place to get your gear. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

AllSportProtection Late Delivery and Lack of Customer Service: A Christmas Present Nightmare

I placed an order on December 5th for a few things to give as Christmas presents. But guess what? It's already December 17th and those items haven't even arrived yet. Can you believe it? So, I decided to reach out to the store to see what the heck was going on. And you know what they told me? They said that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and that the whole shebang might not even get to me until December 20th. Can you imagine? I mean, come on, that's just not cool at all. And you know what's even worse? They didn't even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience. Can you believe that? So, I had to take matters into my own hands and I told them to just cancel my order. I really hope they can at least get that right. Fingers crossed, folks. Fingers crossed.

AllSportProtection Terrible Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Issues with AllSportProtection

Man, I wish I had come across these reviews earlier. I gotta say, I had the exact same experience with AllSportProtection. You fork over your hard-earned cash, they give you an order number, and then it's like your order is stuck in limbo forever. And don't even get me started on trying to reach out to them. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and even tried their live chat, but it's like they've vanished into thin air. It's like they're taking our money and not bothering to send out the gear we paid for.

I don't know what's going on with these guys. Maybe they went belly up and are just pretending to be in business, still accepting payments but not bothering to fulfill orders. Who knows? But one thing's for sure, my friend: steer clear of AllSportProtection. Trust me, you don't want to waste your time and money dealing with these folks.

AllSportProtection Disappointing Experience with AllSportProtection: Lack of Communication, Shipping Delays, and No Tracking Info

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with AllSportProtection. I mean, I reached out to 'em once to see what the deal was with my order, and they got back to me, but that was the only time I heard from 'em. And get this, it took 'em a whole two weeks just to send out my stuff! Can you believe that?

But here's the real kicker, my friend. I tried to get in touch with 'em about my items, like, nine times! I sent 'em emails, I tried chattin' 'em up, but nothin'. Not a single response. And don't even get me started on the phone calls. I dialed 'em up, but nobody picked up on the other end. Talk about frustrating, right?

Now, here's where things really went downhill. They promised me a tracking number, but did they deliver? Nope. Nada. Zilch. I've been waitin' for over a month now, and still no sign of my items. It's just plain terrible, my friend. I mean, who wants to wait that long for somethin' they ordered?

AllSportProtection Disappointing Online Shopping Experience: No Delivery, No Communication, No Tracking Number

Man, let me tell you, this is the first time I've ever ordered something online and ended up empty-handed. It's been a whopping three weeks and still no sign of my precious package. And get this, I've been reaching out to these folks, leaving messages left and right, but it's like they've vanished into thin air. Ain't nobody picking up my calls, man. And to top it all off, they didn't even bother giving me a tracking number. Can you believe that?

I gotta say, it's downright infuriating to think that I got scammed by a website I actually trusted. I mean, come on! All I want is my hard-earned cash back, plain and simple. It's not too much to ask, right?

AllSportProtection Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping on AllSportProtection.com

I recently made an order on allsportprotection.com. I was excited to receive my items, as the notice next to the items I purchased said they would ship within 1 or 2 days. However, one week later and I still hadn't heard anything from them. I sent them a few emails, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any replies. It was quite frustrating, as I needed the items for an upcoming event.

I was disappointed to find out that they don't have customer service. It would have been helpful to have someone to talk to about my order and to get some answers. I felt like I was left in the dark, not knowing what was going on with my order.

Update 29 June 2022:

After I sent them an email on June 03, someone finally contacted me on June 07. However, it's been over a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything or a refund. It's been quite a hassle trying to get in touch with them and figure out what's going on. I hope they can resolve this issue soon, as I'm still in need of the items I ordered.

AllSportProtection Disappointing Experience with AllSportProtection: Shipping Delays and Missing Item

I recently ordered from AllSportProtection and was disappointed to find out that their "same day" shipping was not actually same day. It took a while for my package to arrive and when it finally did, I noticed that one of the items I ordered was missing. I was confused and frustrated, so I contacted customer service to inquire about the missing item. They admitted that they "dropped the ball on that one" and I couldn't help but feel annoyed that they had no problem charging my credit card but couldn't fulfill my order properly.

After some back and forth, I found out that the missing item was no longer in stock. I was disappointed but decided to just ask for a refund and move on. I can't help but wonder how a company like this hopes to continue turning a profit when they can't even fulfill orders properly. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using the missing item for my upcoming sports activity.

Overall, I would not recommend AllSportProtection based on my experience. Their shipping is not as advertised and their customer service could use some improvement. It's frustrating to deal with a company that can't fulfill orders properly and I hope they take steps to improve their processes in the future.

AllSportProtection Terrible Order Mix-Up: AllSportProtection Sends Wrong Helmet Size and Style

So, I ordered a black Bern Macon helmet with the hard hat liner in medium size from AllSportProtection. It took them a while to ship it, but I finally received the package today. However, when I opened it, I was surprised to find a grey Bern Macon helmet with the WINTER lining in a size XL! I mean, seriously, how do you mess up an order that badly?! The packing slip inside the box listed the correct part, but the helmet was completely wrong. It's just ridiculous! I don't know if these guys are just plain stupid or they simply don't care about their customers. Either way, I would advise you to stay away from them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

AllSportProtection Disappointing Experience with allsportprotection.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication

I recently made a purchase from allsportprotection.com on January 31st. After waiting for 5 days, I received an email notifying me that the helmet I had ordered was out of stock and would take a few days to restock. I requested that they have it delivered to me by the following Saturday, and they assured me that it could be done. However, it has now been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my order. Although they did provide me with a tracking number and product information, I have not received any further communication from them regarding the status of my order. Despite my attempts to reach out to them via email and phone, I have not received any response.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with allsportprotection.com. While I understand that items can go out of stock, I would have appreciated more timely and transparent communication regarding the status of my order. Additionally, the lack of response to my attempts to contact them has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar issues.

AllSportProtection Disappointing Service from AllSportProtection: Delayed Shipment and Unresponsive Customer Support

I recently made a purchase on AllSportProtection and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a helmet and was notified that it had been shipped via FedEx on 6/8. However, it is now 6/17 and upon checking the status, it seems that FedEx has not yet received the package. I find this quite concerning as it is already 11:00 am MTN time, which falls within the company's posted business hours of 9-5 MTN.

I have been trying to reach out to the company for the past two hours through their online chat and by phone, but to no avail. It is quite frustrating as I am unable to get any response from them. I even checked the reviews on BBB and found two similar complaints. This makes me wonder if this company is legitimate or if I have just been scammed.

I hope that AllSportProtection can address this issue and provide me with an update on my order. As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and reliable service, especially when it comes to shipping. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering purchasing from this company.
