Allscripts Disappointing Experience with Allscripts Healthcare

My experience with Allscripts Healthcare was quite disappointing. The website was difficult to navigate, and the information provided was limited. Customer support was slow to respond, and the overall user experience was subpar. I expected more from a healthcare company in terms of transparency and user-friendliness.

Allscripts Beware of the allscripts scam

ALLSCRIPTS LLC located @ 8529 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615 has been sending my company bogas bills since 10/12/11. I am the owner and CEO of Brighter Days Home Health agency and I have never entered or authorized any contract with the aforementioned company. A temporary former employee signed a contract with this company who claimed they would facilitate acquiring /generate referrals for our company (which they have not to date).

Upon receiving the first invoice 1/05/12, I informed ALLSCRIPTS LLC the contract was invalid and will not be honored because the employee who signed the contract was not authorized to do so and they had not rendered any service to Brighterdays Home Health Agency. I requested both verbally and in writing this contract be null and void. I was assured it would be by an agent via telephone. I continue to receive monthly invoices….

I call but only get voice mail. I do not want my company to have a bad credit rating because of this. Can I sue Allscripts LLC? Thanks for any assistance.

This company sucks, they are the worse people they bill me so much without recieving any equipment, they dont answer thier phone !
