AllRecipesno mechanism to cancel subscription

I called AllRecipes and left messages twice and did not receive a callback, and I emailed [protected] and attempted to follow the instructions to cancel my subscription only to discover there is no mechanism to do so (see screenshots below). There appears to be no mechanism to cancel my subscription on the website even though AllRecipes claims it allows members to cancel subscriptions. Moreover, like other companies (sorry to say) AllRecipes does not issue notifications prior to auto-subscribe.
