Allied Dispatch Solutions review: To have the vehicle towed

Tuesday, July 19, 2022, paid for tow truck on two occasions no services has been rendered just keeping asking for additional money. This company is subcontracted thru Roadside Assistance. Customer Service Reps are Rude. You must contact first then have them to connect you to Allied Dispatch Solutions, Johnson City. At this point is the contractor but has no control over its sub-contractor. Allied Dispatch Solutions and are no different than a thief or a robber. Paid yesterday and you asked for an additional payment this morning with no service or communication. Calling or Allied Dispatch Solutions keep you on hold for 45 mins to 1 hour with no resolution. Each time you call you have to start the process over again. I have spoken to at least 15 different people between each company, and I am still waiting on a Tow Truck.
