My small business entered into what we were told was a loan agreement, which we later discovered was actually a lease. This misunderstanding resulted in more than $25,000 in unexpected costs. When we questioned the salesperson, he acknowledged that the documents provided at signing were not the ones he intended to send. However, he also stated that the corporate office would not assist in correcting the paperwork.
Based on our experience, the process felt misleading and left us without meaningful support or resolution. I am sharing this so that other small businesses can be aware and approach this company with caution. I hope no other business has to go through a similar situation.
