I got signed up for debt relief, but I didn't really understand what I was getting into. I had a $10,000 debt with three creditors. I've been paying $431 for around two years now. However, my debt still appears as $10,000 on my credit report. I've been trying to contact this company, but the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I think it might be a scam. I'm going to reach out to a lawyer for assistance. Unfortunately, I can't provide any documentation because they haven't given me anything. As a senior citizen, I feel like they took advantage of me.

I got threatened on 06/02, if I filed with the ComplaintsBoard.com, Fast Track will end my contract. I had high hopes for this program. I joined the program in March and wasn't behind on any of my credit cards. I was starting to struggle. 4 creditors were added to the program. $393.02 a month was agreed upon based on my income. I now work 3 jobs to make these payments as well as pay my bills. I'm now being sued by an aggressive creditor. The program wanted to extend my monthly payments and the program to satisfy the aggressive creditor. I was advised by an attorney that the program referred to me on 05/19 that I would never pay off the aggressive creditor that way. I have paid $5,895.30 and I want my money back, Aside from the 1 out of 4 creditors they have settled with which should total approx. $1,500.00. Staff insists its my fault I am being sued because I can't pay the $10k owed. This was the worst mistake I have made. Please help me get my money back. Approx. $ 4, 395.30.

In 2021, I was unemployed and it was tough to pay my credit card bills. I decided to sign up for debt relief services with Fast Track Debt Relief, LLC. However, they didn't pay my creditors right away. I had to wait for my contract, which was supposed to be notarized. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it to this day. My program was supposed to last for 24 months, and I agreed to it because they promised to reduce my balances by at least 40% and finish the program earlier.

But just one month later, I received a phone call from a lawyer at Golden Law LLC. He told me that there was no such thing as reducing my balances unless I paid more. Now, after a year, I'm in even deeper trouble. I have many collection agencies hounding me, and I don't know what to do. To make matters worse, a customer service representative from Golden Law told me that I won't be able to get my money back if I cancel. I desperately need help to pay back my creditors and get some peace of mind. My account numbers are *** for Golden Law or Chabner *** LLP.

The most important thing to note is that all my accounts were not in the negative when I got involved with Fast Track Debt Relief, LLC. Please, I beg you, help me. I just want to be able to sleep at night. I have attached a letter from *** for your reference. Thank you, ComplaintsBoard.com.

This company is terrible! They lie and deceive you, and they don't even give you the right paperwork. I signed up with them on 9/19 to help with my debt, and they promised that I could get my money back anytime. But they never gave me a contract. They also said they would send a letter to my creditors to let them know they were working with me, and that the calls would stop in a few months. But it's been 14 months now, and I've paid over $4,000, and nothing has happened. I'm actually getting more calls now than before. They won't even send me the letter they supposedly sent to my creditors. None of my creditors have been paid, and they won't give me my money back. I lost my job in 11/19, found another one in 2/20, and then lost it again because of covid. I'm on social security and unemployment, and it's been really tough. I could only make 4 payments of $50 to Gold Law during this time because of covid, and they always made me feel guilty about it. I called in August to cancel and get a refund because I couldn't afford it while being out of work. That's when they told me that the refund only applies to the money in my account (remember, they never gave me a contract). They finally mailed me a contract then. I finally canceled and demanded a refund on November 30, and they are still refusing. And to top it all off, when I got a collection notice from a lawyer, they had the audacity to ask me for around $1,400 to fix it. They already have $4,000 of my money!
