This is the worst service ever! They just ruined my carpet and it turned from milk-white into yellow-grey. I spent weeks making them re-doing their job after what it gets even worse as for color so for its structure and shape.

As for now they say they can do nothing with it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is just a disaster - they don't know anything and change their phone number on their website after this all happened.

So I was really excited to get my carpet cleaned by All Green Carpet Clean (allgreencarpetclean.com) as I had heard good things about their ecological approach to carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience was not good at all. I had two appointments scheduled for them to clean my carpets before my brand new furniture was due to arrive, but they canceled the first appointment on me last minute. The next day, they didn't even call to let me know they were canceling, I had to call them myself to find out when they were planning to come by. This was super frustrating and honestly quite unprofessional.

To add insult to injury, after all the hassle of rescheduling, they still ended up canceling on me altogether. By the time they got back to me, it was too late to get my carpets cleaned in time for my new furniture to arrive. All they offered me was a generic apology and I was left feeling really let down. I was really looking forward to experiencing their eco-friendly cleaning methods, but instead, I was left with nothing but disappointment. Hopefully, they can get their act together and provide their services in a more reliable and professional manner in the future.

I can't recommend this website, All Green Carpet Clean, after the experience I had. They came out to clean three cushions for me and charged me $120. But after they were done, I was really disappointed with the job they did. Everything still looked dirty and stained, and I could tell they hadn't put in much effort to get it clean. To make matters worse, they quoted me a much higher price once they were actually in my home. They said it would cost $325 to get everything back to its original color, which was way more than I was expecting. The suction gear was not working properly and needed to be fixed. Additionally, the equipment shut off twice during the cleaning process. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory. Although I paid for spot cleaning, there were still 3 small patches of ink on my carpet that were not removed. I also didn't notice any change in the color of my carpet after the cleaning. In my opinion, the service was not worth the price and I will not recommend All Green Carpet Clean to anyone.

We recently got our dining-room carpet cleaned by All Green Carpet Clean. We stumbled upon their website and were quite impressed by their offer of $29.99, so we immediately booked an appointment. But to our dismay, we soon discovered that there were several hidden catches that we weren't aware of initially.

To begin with, the online offer of $29.99 only applied if you're getting one room cleaned. If you have more than one room, be prepared to cough up $69.99. That's a HUGE DIFFERENCE, isn't it?

But wait, there's more! The $69.99 only covers one-time pull through with a simple steam cleaning. If you have dirtier areas, they'll do only ONE pass over them, not even TWO. And guess what? For some shampoo, they ask for an extra $120.

All in all, we were left feeling extremely disappointed with the experience. It taught us a valuable lesson to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

But to my amusement, this morning, I got a text from them confirming my appointment (What!). I couldn't believe it. Now they are offering me to reschedule for the following Saturday. But, I don't think so. Why would I trust them again? They're just wasting my time. I'm definitely going somewhere else, with a much more reliable company. I should have gone through the reviews properly before booking an appointment with them.

Lesson learned - Always check the reviews before making any appointment - so that you don't lose your time and energy for nothing.

I had All Green Carpet Clean clean my carpet and I was really disappointed with the result. I noticed a few spots still showing after the cleaning, but when I called their customer service to complain, the lady I spoke to told me that they couldn't do anything because it had been over 7 days since the cleaning.

I was really frustrated and decided to call them again to ask where it says on their website or policy that they only accept complaints within 7 days. But to my surprise, the lady I spoke to hung up on me! It was really unprofessional and rude.

Now every time I call, it seems like they recognize my phone number and put me on hold with the wait music playing indefinitely. It's like they don't want to deal with me anymore.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend All Green Carpet Clean to anyone. Not only did they not do their job correctly, but their customer service is terrible. It's really disappointing when you pay for a service and don't get what you expect.

This here dude, let me tell ya, he ain't doin' his job right. When I called up to say I didn't want no service from his referred cleaning company, he got all snippy and told me to use my brain and common sense - rude much? And then he gave me a quote that was way off 'cuz he didn't explain all the darn details and actual prices. And wouldn't ya know it, the cleaning folks were already in my house ready to clean! He tried to hit me with a $29 penalty, sayin' it wouldn't be fair to the workers who drove all the way over here. But the owner of the cleaning company was standin' right there and laughed at that nonsense, sayin' all that money ain't even goin' to them! He explained that this All Green Carpet Cleanin' outfit was just a lousy referral website, not even a proper cleaning company. Thank goodness the owner was real nice and professional, and decided to do the cleaning service for the price that All Green had given me. Don't rely on this guy, folks, go straight to a real cleaning company.
