Job# 2043777 I have had other roofing companies in the past on other homes and they were "satisfactory", but Premier did a fantastic job on my roof. They were fast and the roof looks great. The crew made sure to cleanup at the end of the job, especially the nails. So all in all I am very impressed with the job done.

Work was efficient and appears well done. (I have not gone up on the roof). Our sales representative, Jordan was helpful in providing information and explaining the process. I had no contact with the job supervisor but I believe he was there on the second day of work. Some spots on driveway have not been cleaned up, but Jordan assured us that they would be cleaned. I appreciated all the communication and emails the did through out the process the field rep was always responsive and got back to me quickly. The Project manager was able to match my the current shingles which mean the HOA approval went more quickly. There were a few nails left and a broken planter - which I should have moved. but that is just how things go. I am very happy with how everything progressed.

Overall I am very pleased with Premier Roofing Company (Denver). This is the 2nd. time I've used them. The Project Manager was very informative and accommodating. The work was completed and cleaned up in a single day. The installers were very respectful of our property and did their best to avoid causing any damage. I highly recommend this company, they work with the insurance company and keep you informed of the install process. I will use them again if or when the need arises.

Premier is incredibly professional and do the highest quality work! They handled our insurance claim by working directly with our insurance company, and the quality of workmanship was very high. They even painted the pipes that protrude from the roof, which was such a quality touch to making the new roof just exquisite. They worked fast and had a hardworking crew. I highly recommend Premier, and I will never use another roofing company, as they have set the bar so high for any future contractors that I might need around my house.

Rep was canvassing out neighborhood and asked to inpsect our roof, no problem. Low and behold we have hail damage. Things were pretty smooth until after the replacement. When rep came back to inspect we noticed major damage to gutters and a hole in our siding. The rep was unhelpful and we had to contact "owner" of Denver office. He came out and said yes they caused the damage. It seems like it will be taken care of and the are covering the cost. We've had roof replaced once before with private company and did not have any problems. Just be aware.

Great job and very professional, from start to finish! Jordan and Forrest worked hard to get the insurance adjuster to come back out (I had been denied a roof earlier last year) and to persuade the insurance company there was sufficient damage for my claim. And on roofing day, because of the great weather, the team was able to get everything done, including clean up, that same day. Looks great! And Jordan followed up a day or two later for a walk around to inspect, then went up on the roof to take some pictures and ensure things were done properly. Great work, and I would definitely recommend Premier to others.

I have been extremely pleased with all my dealing with Premier employees. Tjaart *** did the initial review of the roof and saw that it had a lot of Hail Damage. The field supervisor Travis *** was excellent of going through the Insurance process with me- very grateful for that as I haven't made a claim for 16 years. Also, the Project Manager onsite Hunter *** was outstanding. He treated my house as though it was his- very detail oriented. I'm very grateful for these 3 people throughout the whole process. Overall, Very impressed with the Professional attitude and the personal touch of Premier Roofing Company.

Job number 2045482 Patrick knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to check out my roof. I have been here for 15 years and have never had that request before. Most if not all of my neighbors have had their roof replaced due to hail damage, but when I have asked my insurance company in the past they have declined. Patrick helped me with the claim, then met my adjustor at my house when he came and helped me to get a complete replacement. The process was very easy and quick. A dumpster was dropped off one evening, the crew showed up early the next day, and the dumpster was gone by the next evening. No sign of Premier Roofing except a brand new roof. Thank you!

Our roofing job was completed in one day on April 29th. The materials had been delivered in advance and the job was beautifully done. The crew arrived early, took a lunch break and finished with wonderful clean-up by 3:30 p.m. Two layers of old roofing were hauled away and the finished product looked truly professional, including two out buildings. The project manager even placed a tarp in our kitchen to protect from debris caused by replacing the sky lights. I highly recommend Premier and the field representative, Ryan O was very careful and professional in explaining the whole process along with his personal presence during the installation and double-checked the clean-up, offering to return if we found anything that needed to be done. On 7/6 Representative from Premier Roofing told me that Premier would roof my house for what my insurance company would pay for damage caused by storms and my deductible if I would sign the agreement that he showed me. I signed it because he told me it would not cost anymore. Then on 8/5 the representative came over for me to sign the final papers where the cost was. He wanted me to sign the contract with a cost of $ 7,656.34 The insurance gave me $ 2172.53 and my deductible was $ 1764.00 which adds up to about $ 3936.53 Representative still wanted me to sign the contract and he still said I would not have to pay anymore than the $ 3936.53 I told him I was not going to sign it until he put the right amount in which was $ 3936.53 He said OK and than gave me a call about 3 hours later and told me he talked with his manager and they decided they would not do this. Premier price was 94 % higher than they told me they were going to do it for. Since it was not good for them anymore even when I had a signed agreement with them they backed out. I now know if I would have signed the original paper, I would have been taken advantage of for another $ 3719.81 House on Washington St. Lincoln, NE

This company are smooth talkers. The crew that came to complete my house roof & garden shed roof did a very very poor job! I was not pleased at all with the work that was done. The roof they put on my garden shed was the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen, it was like they sent a crew out that didn't know how to roof at all. There was caulking all over the shingles, they put large nail holes on the top showing shingle & then just slapped some caulking over it. They were not careful with my property, damaged my gutters, which still did not get fixed when they came back out to fix the garden shed roof & were suppose to fix my gutters also. The flashing on the garden shed roof was not done correctly, there were very very sharp edges sticking out right around where my daughter plays in our backyard, which poses a very big safety hazard. They came to fix that but it is still not done correctly. I would never every recommend this company to anyone! Most terrible job I have every seen! The Project Manager, Adam ***, is a very very rude & condescending person, the emails he has sent back & forth with my insurance agency were very rude. Things that were explained to me by the field representatives are turning out to be completely false. Like I stated above, this company is terrible, I will make it a point to let this be known & never ever recommend this company to anyone! Obviously this company is just in it for the money, lot of smooth talkers, not a a job well done!

They send solicitors to houses with "No Soliciting" signs up.

This company did not respect our no soliciting sign on our door. On a Sunday afternoon my wife answered the door and the sales person started his pitch. My wife pointed to the sign and said no thanks. He continued with acknowledging her. Then she reprinted at the sign and he continued and a stronger tone, dismissing her. At this point my wife got angry and told him not to return.

New roof was installed in spring of 2020. This spring when the weather began to warm up we had water damage throughout the house due to a furnace vent being dislodged in the attic during the roof install. HVAC company who came to reconnect pipe indicated there was no rust or corrosion meaning it had to be knocked loose when roofing install was done. I had Pinnacle Roofing review the situation and they concurred it was done during roof install.

Premier Roofing completed a roofing project on our home in August, and I requested a billing statement and work order from the project manager two times without providing that to me. I then emailed the manager of the project and their boss, multiple times and have received no response. I need the detailed information for my insurance claim and home records but all parties at premier Roofing have been unresponsive and refused to provide this detailed information to me.

1. After roof installation Nov. 23 2019, damage was noted to the attic rafters. 2 rafters were cracked, creating a weakness in the roof structure. Premier Roofing assessed the damage Dec. 14 2019 and filed a report for internal review. There has been no followup from Premier Roofing, and they have been extremely difficult to contact (ignored more than half a dozen calls and emails to the field representative, sales manager, and Fort Collins office. 2. Final inspection is not complete, nor on file in Larimer County systems as of 2/23. Roof installation was completed before 11/23. Final payment invoice is overdue, yet job is not complete (roof installation includes building permitting and inspections).

June and continuing. They failed to provide services they told me they would do. They failed to communicate. They did not clean up as promised. I am still waiting on them to complete the work. They have a phone number listed on their website sight but no email. When I call the phone number no one answers. They left nails and roofing material in my yard and driveway. They left my landscaping rocks they removed to hold their tarps in the yard rather than putting them back. They took the left over 5 packs of shingles. No one has come out to run magnets to pull the nails as promised. They have not taken pictures of the roof to send to my insurance company. They are fraudulent and deceptive work practices. I never know what is occurring because they dont communicate with me.

I have been trying to get Premier to complete our roof in the correct way. This has been ongoing since end of August beginning of September. They did not do the roofing properly the first time and have since still not completed the job, after many attempts to get them to correct their errors. They keep telling me it's code but when I ask for the code they won't provide it. They also damaged property when they showed up the first time to do the roof, and have not made that right. They sent a final bill which was just an amount they say we still owe and when I asked for an itemized invoice, I received screen shots of their estimate. They are billing for items they should not be doing, to include but not limited to electrical work. There is no electrical work to be done on the house and I am guessing if is asked for their electricians license they would not be able to provide one.

I originally filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com regarding Premier Roofing Company on 12/04 regarding a bill that was approximately $5,000.00 more than USAA approved. My original sales representative was contacted several times in 2020 to resolve this issue, but is no longer with the company. I had to deal with a 2nd representative, so I sent the information that showed what USAA approved. On 4/6, after being in contact with the 2nd representative I received another bill that included the late fee and the amount exceeding USAA's authorized amount. I then contacted the representative who said he was working on the issue and not to worry about the invoice. On 05/11, I contacted him and he stated that he forwarded the information to the billing team and he was no longer working on this issue, but assured me I would not have to pay the late fee. On 06/19, I received notice that a lien was being placed. This 2nd representative is no longer with Premier.

Premier Roofing has sent me invoices for their repair of a July hail-damaged roof replacement with threats of Notice to File a Lien and submission of the unpaid amount to a debt collection agency. Their work was well-done but only fully completed last month (Feb 2020). I have paid them in full the $21,208 that we agreed to at the time I retained them. But they continue to invoice and threaten me without providing an itemization for the $6700 more than we agreed to. I reply in writing to each invoice they send but I get no reply other than another threatening invoice with more finance charges. They advise that I contact their representative, *** at *** but he has not returned my many calls to him. I pay all my bills promptly when they are due and my credit rating is top-notch. In this case, I simply wish to open a dialogue as to why Premier Roofing has invoiced $6700 more than they agreed to pay and more than the insurance company (USAA) calculated the cost to be. Premier simply refuses to communicate.

We are challenging the amount of the final invoice related to our roof hail damage insurance claim. Premier's final invoice is in excess of the insurance company (USAA) estimate and reimbursement to us for the replacement value of our roof. Premier has refused to provide any details backing up their final invoice amount. Premier has failed to meet their stated commitment that we would not be required to pay out of pocket for the roof replacement above our $2,000 deductible. Premier has failed to meet their stated commitment that they would negotiate a final replacement value for our roof with USAA that is agreeable to both parties. We have attempted to contact Premier 10 times for resolution through phone calls, email, and a formal letter. Premier has failed to reply to any of our contact attempts. We have contacted USAA and received what they believe is an agreed upon final replacement value. That amount is less than Premiers final invoice amount. That statement from USAA has been made available to Premier. Still no response as to the differences from Premier. Premier continues to send us the same final invoice and now is adding interest charges. All delays in our payment are due to Premier's lack of responsiveness as we have made more than a good faith effort to resolve the billing differences.

In May , Premier parked a company truck and trailer overnight on my driveway to remove the existing roof in preparation for our new roof. When I came out in the morning I found that the truck had leaked fluids on my asphalt driveway in two areas. When the project manager arrived that morning, I pointed out the two very large areas, both 2'x5' approximately, where the fluids had created stains and he had someone remove the truck and assured me that they would have someone out to clean/remove the stains. We took photos of stains and Premier had a person come out to clean the stain after the new roof was completed. The stain were not able to be removed on that visit and I was told it may take a couple more cleanings to remove the stains if they they could even be removed. After two months of calling and waiting for Premier to address the problem with no action as a result, I called in a professional asphalt company to provide an estimate to remove the stains and determine the best approach to correct the problem. He determined it would cost $300 to remove the stains and that they probably come not completely be removed and the only way to remove the stain from an unsightly very spot for a few years would be to reseal the driveway to return it to a uniform surface ($1200). After the third month of trying to work with Premier Roofing to fix this and other repair issues (deck board repairs) and many promise they would address these repairs. I went ahead with the asphalt company to treat the stains and resurface the entire driveway.

Premier Roofing was in the neighborhood getting homeowners to have their roofs checked. My husband agreed to let them and from there on we were contacted about our roof being repaired and gutters being replaced. We went through all of the steps to have Premier do our roof. We made sure that when we hired them that the gutters were included in their price of replacing the roof as we did not want to have 2 different contractors doing the work. We have a text message from their sales rep that yes, it would all come in one bill from Premier Roofing. This was in August. They began work on our roof on September 21st. We had no problems with the actual workers, although there was many nails found in the play area. On that Friday the 25th, a sales person came to discuss the gutters after we had to remind the sales person that we still needed the gutters done. We picked out the gutters and had no idea they would show up that afternoon at 3:30 to replace them. When they pulled up to the house, they ran onto the curb knocking over and breaking several solar lights we had around the mailbox. They also broke our outdoor antenna that we have on our house for tv reception. From the time that our roof was done until this past week, we have tried to contact them about coming by and inspecting their work and to discuss the items that were broke because of their workers. To this date not one person as come to us to inspect their work, or discuss the broken items. We have tried many times to call them even about our bill. We then received a bill on November 9th. The price did not include the gutters, as we received a different bill from a different construction company the following day. This was not agreed on, we have the text message from the sales rep, even though he no longer works there. They do not follow up on any of their work. They don't follow the agreements that they make. Their customer service is just downright awful

During the summer Premier Roofing was in the neighborhood and I contracted with them to repair my roof. They completed the job and I am satisfied with the work that they did. My issue is with the final payment. I received an email from Premier on 09/23, which stated that my insurance company had agreed to the final invoice and that I should receive a check from them in 10 days. I was expecting everything to be taken care of, but did not receive a check from the insurance company. Then on October 15, I received a letter from Premier Roofing that stated that my payment was 15 days past due. I immediately contacted my sales representative whose phone number was listed in the letter. He told me not to worry about the late notice, since I had not received a check from my insurance company. I contacted my representative several times to see what was going on with the insurance company, he stated that the insurance company was not responding to him and asked me to contact my insurance company. I contacted my insurance company in October who stated that they were waiting on paperwork from Premier Roofing. I contacted my representative and advised him of what the insurance company told me. I then continued to receive letters from Premier Roofing who was now charging me late fees and stating they were going to put a lien against my house. I contacted my representative and advised him off the invoices I was receiving. He told me not to worry about the letters since I was in contact with him. He stated that he was still trying to get in contact with my insurance company. I last talked to him on November 18th and he stated that his boss was going to try and contact my insurance company and he asked me for a number that he could text me with the information. I did not hear from him. I received another bill in the mail on November 25th, the day before Thanksgiving, and left him a message on that date. I also left him another message on Friday November 27th and have left several messages since then and have not received any response back. I contacted my insurance company on November 30th and spent over 25 minutes on the phone with them. They stated that they had not received a final invoice from Premier Roofing and told me to have them send me a final invoice, so I could forward onto the insurance company. I have left several messages for my representative since that date and have also contacted the office and left a message regarding what the insurance company said. I have not received a phone call from either the office or the representative. The other issue that I have is that the bill for the roof, which is the only work that was done, was about twice as much as the insurance company initially authorized. (The insurance company had authorized other work, but I chose not to have that done). My concern is that I will be responsible for the additional work that Premier Roofing did and that the insurance will not pay the difference between what was initially authorized and the final bill. I am very diligent about paying my bills and I want this issue resolved.
