He has access to them all and will pair you with the best rates based on your needs, credit score, etc. He'll also be honest with you if it's not worth it for you to re-fi at this time based on your situation. You will save a lot of time and aggravation. He'll let you know what you need to provide and when you need to provide it, keep you updated on progress, keep you on track (if you forget to do things, like me) and get you to the finish line on time and with promises kept.
