I highly recommend All Reverse Mortgage! Charles G and Teresa helped me every step of the way. I was able to complete this reverse mortgage without physical contact with people because I am in isolation during this pandemic. They arranged for everything to be done online or by phone call and set up a closer to come to my home to close. We completed the closing outside with masks and gloves and hand sanitizer! I am so happy to have this completed and could not have done it without the caring consideration of Charles and Teresa and their absolute professionalism. They were always prompt with answers to my questions and solutions for my fears. I think this is the best reverse mortgage company!

I would, without reservation, recommend Kat K and her team (especially Tiffany) to process your reverse mortgage. I was hesitant to start the whole process (I just hate paperwork and forms nowadays), but Kat would contact me via email and that would gently prod me to get going. No hard sell at all thank goodness! Also, during the process, Tiffany was very helpful and patient in having me (and my computer challenged brain) transfer documents online. Yes, it takes several months to process it all, but it is so worth it in the end! And who knew my house was worth so much? I feel like such a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. All Reverse Mortgage Inc. we dealt with Michael B and Tiffany and it was a very stress-free experience. If we had questions they immediately contacted us, and eased any apprehension, we had with just giving us the facts. It was just before the Covid-19 scare and Michael recommend to pause while things were uncertain at that point. Appreciated his honesty. But as soon as things started to settle He sent us new figures and we moved forward without a hitch. When you get to our age you have gone through a few loan process which I so detest, they drag out and they always want one more paper to verify whatever. With Michael and Tiffany I could not believe what a pleasant experience it was. It has given us freedom that we needed.

I must say I had above average experience with ALL REVERSE MORTGAGE at every step of the process. On initial inquiry, Mike Smith took the time to explain the entire process. I was very impressed with Mr. Smith's outline of the reverse mortgage underwriting & I felt relaxed and welcomed to move ahead with All Reverse Mortgage. Ms. Adams was really outstanding with the guidance and attention that she has provided to me to help the entire process move smoothly and timely. Halfway through the reverse mortgage process with another company, I reached out to ARLO in a desperate panic. Lynn answered the phone and in minutes offered professional, calm, and extremely helpful guidance. She even suggested that the best way for my family to move forward was to stay with the original company. For a variety of reasons, we cancelled the original mortgage and started over with Lynn at ARLO. Lynn clearly answered my specific questions, worded in a way I could understand. She gave accurate timelines and told me what to expect. She let us know potential issues we could possibly face by starting over. From start to finish the process was exactly what Lynn predicted. We are extremely happy and without any hesitation we recommend Lynn and her team.

My 1st call was to All Reverse Mortgage...just because of Tom Smith. They were condescending & treated me like I had dementia & recommended a pen and paper while we talked...wouldn't possibly know how to use a computer. My next call was to ARLO and I was fortunate enough to get Michael Smith. I was treated so well along with no preconceptions of my capabilities. Mike competently answered all of my questions and we easily & efficiently completed all paperwork within a short period of time. The title company was also easy to work with & my loan was done within a few short weeks. In addition, my loan costs were much less than All Reverse Mortgage. After making initial web contact, I received communication from All Reverse Mortgage quickly. Compared to other companies, who contacted me after All Reverse Mortgage had a proposal and the process already started. All my concerns and questions were handled promptly, professionally and to the point, no excuses or double talk. It's important to separate the industry standards from the loan processing. Government rules put the process through a lot of unnecessary steps and qualifications, because I am still working and had job gap, due to Covid shutdowns. However, All Reverse Mortgage and his group, took a total pain the rear end, into a tolerable situation and they took control, while helping us through it. This was a reverse mortgage refi, where the original company wasn't half as good. Definitely recommend and would use again.

I contacted Mike B regarding obtaining a reverse mortgage. He supplied the information I needed for my situation and advised me of the pros and cons. Whatever questions I asked he was very honest and frank with his answers. A reverse mortgage is a very complex process and important life decision and thus can be quite overwhelming. Mike was very patient in explaining the process and different possibilities and advised me to carefully consider the situation before making any decision. After much consideration I decided not to pursue obtaining this mortgage and felt very comfortable with my decision thanks to Mike's assistance, patience and understanding. If I could give TEN STARS, I would! The Loan Officer has been my advisor, shepherding me through the process of obtaining our reverse mortgage. I first contacted the company after researching many other companies. One thing I kept reading was how great the Loan Officer is! That has certainly been my experience. Once I reached her - over two years ago - she stayed in touch, checking on the value of our home until it was high enough for us to apply. Always encouraging, answering every question - and, I had a lot. She told my husband and I what we needed to do every step of the way. Felt like our own personal banker. I give her and everyone at All Reverse Mortgage the highest possible recommendation. In fact, I would say don't waste your time talking to any other company. In 2013, working as full time Realtors for Sothebys International Realty, we made the decision to sell our large home in Carmel, downsize, purchase a smaller home and retire. We began shopping for a Reverse Mortgage Company, and to our good fortune, discovered Cliff Auerswald from All Reverse Mortgage who put a Purchase Reverse Mortgage together for us. Our new home needed some updating, and with the equity from the sale, we made substantial improvements. After six years from the date of purchase, Cliff contacted us to let us know that we could possibly quality for a Jumbo loan. Our appraisal came out at double the amount of our original purchase price, and we were able to draw money from the reverse mortgage to add to our retirement nest egg. Cliff and his assistant Raven Costa, were awesome to work with. If a reverse mortgage is appropriate for you, you will not find anyone finer than Cliff to work with. Dorothy and Charles

I spent over a year trying to get a Reverse Mortgage completed with so called big guy that advertises on TV all the time, that never happen. I called ARLO and Doug B called me right back with Caren's assistance finished the job in about 90 days. Great team work for customers. This process would have taken less time, but the FHA Certificate of Compliance my spouse and I had completed with the so call Big Dog, didn't want to release it to ARLO until they contacted me and dropped the ball again by changing their staff again. Mr B and his staff, including Caren, did amazing work. You will not go wrong by using Doug B as the go to. I work 10 to 15 hours per day this time of year in my business for over fifty years. I spent quite a bit of time shopping for a reverse mortgage called several companies including those that you see advertise on TV. As expected I found that unfortunately most of the agents were not well trained in product knowledge and I even had one start to interrogate me with a slew of questions before he would answer my questions so I of course ended the call. I found All Reverse Mortgage and started to work with a senior Loan Officer Walter Genie during the process I asked many questions and Walter always gave me straight answers and if needed he would go to the next level to get me the information I required. I was satisfied with the rate and terms and the processing handled by Tiffany was as smooth as could be expected. When dealing with this type of transaction and commitment you must feel comfortable with the company and people you are working with and have full confidence in their knowledge and ability to come up with the best loan choice that serves your particular needs. My experience with All Reverse Mortgage was an absolute delight. WALTER D. Gorman, my contact, is a kind and gracious gentleman with great knowledge of reverse mortgages. He took the time to be sure that I understood the entire process and was always available for my questions. His associate JAY Mendoza was also a great help as I had many complications due to COVID 19, however, he, too, was pleasant and thoughtful, and kept me abreast of the documents that my realtor, my attorney, and I needed to provide to him. And the Winner IsARLO!I am impressed with the whole experience, and I am not easily impressed.I had been working for months with one of the major lenders in the reverse mortgage market. We were waiting for the opportune time to pull the trigger. In the interim I kept looking for the best calculator to make sense of the numbers. I landed at ARLOs site, found what I wanted, and noticed their rates were lower than the big player. I got a second quote, this one from All Reverse Mortgage. Their instant response and fast follow up were indicative of a company dedicated to providing great customer service. Whereas the other lender I was working with took 1-3 days to provide updated numbers and answers to questions, the people at All Reverse Mortgage got it done fast. All Reverse Mortgage also uses an excellent title company, the best I've experienced. I spoke to them directly regarding two requests, and they came through on both.In closing, if you are considering a reverse mortgage, you need to go to the All Reverse Mortgage site and/or give them a call. I've done many mortgage transactions and All Reverse Mortgage is the best company I've done business with. Shout outs for their loan officers and the whole ARLO team. They are great to work with and in my opinion, they provide the best deal and world class customer service. All Reverse Mortgage is the whole package.
