I was sent fake pokemon cards, I waited two +weeks, when I got a refund after a couple days, the store owner sends me a message saying "[censor] you, [censor].
When speaking with costumer service she sent me a link to file a complaint
But there is no way to complain about what happened to me, so when I ask for head office she said there is none, I ask for a number to call, she says there is none, I asked a couple times for help and was lied to.
I can't believe apple would do this to there costumers, let them be treated this way.
I honestly don't know if I can even trust apple products anymore.

If apple doesn't turf this app and any ties id like to have people come together to deal with it in the courts,
Constant scams and fake items,
They steal other companies products and buyers.
Hey don't have licenses for have the stuff they sell.

AliExpress I have not received my order and cannot get my account details rest to check the status of the delivery

I set up payment for a product that went through and I was given order no [protected]. I cant track progress on this as my account (vaughn.[protected]@ap.jll.com) password does not work and I cant reset it.
I have been charged for and paid for the product and have not received it and cannot get any feedback form your company. this is very disappointing and i would like to get feedback.

AliExpress cheating bogus

I have ordered few products on aliexrpess and now i have waited for two months and still i havent received my products neither refund. Ali express wont respond and sellers are cheating me . No customer service number . No toll free number that works. Cheating.!
Never trust aliexpresss. The group wont care for buyers least bothered.
These kind of selers should be punished.

AliExpress cannot login,

Placed an order beginning of June with Aliexpress, received an email the 9th of June saying :
Your Order [protected] has been shipped

Since a few days the amount of the order has been paid with my Visa card.

Since I placed my order I have not been able anymore to Login to my account, and therefore I cannot track the order.

I have tried more than 10 times to obtain an new password, every time a message is displayed that appropriate information is send to my email, but I see nothing in my email box (neither in my spam).

This is annoying, every contact with the Customer Service of Aliexpress is impossible, trying to chat with them ends up in chinese pages...which I cannot fill in.

AliExpress sports badminton racket

Hi Sir,
I have order the product from www.aliexpress.com in offer price 9$(Approx. 590INR). But while transferring from chennai to local post office they have charge custom duty for the product. Customs people have mention the product value has 24000INR and 14% of duty fees 3560INR. I dont know how they can charge the product invoice has 24000INR when it is 9$. Because of their wrong declaration i was forced to pay 3560INR but actual customs duty will be around 78INR. Please make a complaint for this and make a favour for me in such a way that i can get refund amount of 3482INR(3560-78).

AliExpress order id: [protected]

Hi,

On 15.05.2017 I purchased a dress (Order ID: [protected]) on your site for $185.11 Australian dollars. The dress did not match the description, it was much tighter and shorter than described so I decided to return the dress. Before doing so, I contacted the seller and asked if she would refund me the price of the dress and the postage back. The seller said that she would refund me the shipping costs and provided her address details to ship to the dress.

The seller received the dress on 14.06.2017 (Tracking number # LK952790025AU) and initially she confirmed that she received the dress and will refund me the price of the dress and the shipping costs, however later she refused to refund and said that she will refund only if I open the dispute. I tried to open the dispute but the timing has expired and there is no possibility to apply for a refund which means the seller deceived me as now I do not have the dress, do not have the refund for the dress and my postage was not refunded either.

So I contacted your consultant to explain the situation, I attached all the proof and she assured me that she will lodge "a courtesy report" on my behalf and I will receive my money back. However today, your other consultant told me that no report was lodged on my behalf which means that your seller deceived me and your consultants deceived me.

I am extremely disappointed, this would never happen on Amazon or Ebay, I hope you can sort this out ASAP.
I can provide all the proof.

AliExpress unreliable platform - no real protection or customer service

Here's me experience with Aliexpress. I had my account suspended then terminated 7 days ago. I contacted customer support 6 times to no avail. The first reason they gave me was: account temporarily suspended due to security reasons. After contacting the infamous customer support and promising to do their best, I got the second email with a new reason this time: My account is terminated due to violations of the order protection program. This happened and I'm an A4 buyer with 50 ongoing orders! Now I cannot dispute or leave feedback for any of them! Simply theft! Moreover, the fact that I returned the money to some of the sellers after a dispute/refund did not seem to matter at all. I did this voluntarily after receiving some of the disputed orders after some 3-4 months! I still had respect and returned the money through another purchase and none of that mattered! I'm beginning to think that some of the highly rated/recommended sellers have close connections to AE management and are untouchable! I doubt their rating system so much after noticing that some of the most decent sellers are not highly rated at all.

Someone fraud my credit card visa on May 17, 2017 in your store I received a package but I refuse send it back to your company is a wrong name there is no Michael Simon in our address and second I don't know how he get my Visa Credit Card [protected] Expired 6/2021 is already block my credit card. UNFCU will full investigate who authorized my credit card without my authorization. hlo sir/mammy name is Aman, I have ordered a product (which I send you a screenshot )on 31st August 2016 as my order was not delievered to my shipping adress so I messaged seller regarding this this bloody seller never replied to my any of themessages after then, I talked to many of the customer executives till many months but none of them solved my problems they always said me that they will talk to the seller of the product and they will refund me, it was my hard earned money by which placed my order.

AliExpress Win case they said to refund your money

Dear General Manager,

I really don't understand what is going on and what customer service you have if the solving the issue or get it worse.

I have order with your recommenced seller ( Amy's care) and shipping company choose is Aliexpress.

Order was in 14May 2017 and shipping is 24-38 days and paid for protection fee too.

I had to track my order after 10days from seller sending date 17May2017 as per chat with customer services in fifth day from my order due it was shown status ( items not found)

2 days ago i track my order status is ( shipping cancelled) i contact the Aliexpress services many time to clarify the reason, they said not to worry items will reach then they said to contact seller by myself which it there responsibility due order and paid through tgus website, i asked then to contact seller too because same reason abd from my side too.

Seller inbox rejected all my email and for 48 hrs i didnt have any action taken only email sent to seller from Aliexpress wirhout any reply.

I asked customers services to call seller and i have the right to know what reason i didnt get items yet and why its cancelled

Every staff only speak nicely to end the conversation but they dont care to solve the issue.

I request the phone to contact seller they said not allowed, then i request for their manager contact number or email ( he migh solve my issue) the refuse too, seller inbox rejected all my emails what i should do then.

Staff ( Juila, said i need to wait till July to get my refund which is after protection expire date) or to win the case if i raise refund now!

They taje my money, order not received, i cant have seller phone number, i cant have Aliexpress manager or incharge contact details, the customer service don't do the job from there side or take responsibility then what i should do " win case " to refund my money back... Its really?!

I dont believe it, i don't know hiw i get my money or my order its my mistake to trust in this website and i dont recommended for anyone

I must reach to higher management to complain and get my money back and solve this issue or...

AliExpress extremely unethical seller didn't ship the order, didn't extend buyer protection time and basically stole my money and don't reply to emails

The Seller - Sweety Long offered the following item

The Seller - Sweety Long the cancelled the shipment and wrote me a message saying he will reship it and extend buyer protection time.
Sweety Long has neither reshipped the order nor extended buyer protection time as promised.

The transaction was automatically confirmed while i was traveling with my family abroad and now i cannot open a dispute.

This is an extremely unethical seller behavior, he didn't send the product out, didn't extended buyer protection time as promised and basically stole my money.
The seller ultimately don't reply to messages and emails I sent him.

I am asking for cancellation of the transaction, as the order hasn't been sent out, and refund of the entire transaction charge

I like to shop with Ali but such a case gives you a really bad if not fraudulent feeling and sadly makes reluctant to keep shopping

And now I also was scammed, ordered an item, after a time, and without me receiving the item, status was changed to 'receipt confirmed', so I can't even log a dispute to claim the money. No one helping, even went onto the live chat, was promised an answer, no response to date. So basically I lost the money, as there is no recourse.

AVOID ALIEXPRESS AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased a stroller from Ali Express that came with a matching car seat for $463. I received the car seat but I didn't receive the stroller. When I emailed Ali Express they told me my stroller was sent back to them by customs.I asked them to send the stroller again. Ali Express told me I would have to pay for the stroller again. Ali Express stole $463 from me.

AliExpress double charged from one seller on aliexpress website

Hi. I have contacted Aliexpress customer service chat line about an issue and the person who is behind the line has no clue how to deal with solving the problem.
I have placed an order from Sunchamo Marine Craft stores (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/715922)

AliExpress dispute service

I opened a dispute about a wig i bought which i was not happy with i was informed to return it. I was out three country send the day that I went to add postage details threats the day aliexpress closed the dispute and released my money to the seller. I followed the website instruction to try and appeal the dispute decision which the site said i could do but had no success i then spoke to a member of staff who advised me they would escalate it but still not heard nothing. So not only have I lost £184 I have no good either..

[protected] - Thats order number for courtesy application. Arci applied for the courtesy application 5 april. Was told they will get back to me in 15 days. One month has passed and still no email. Last week I chatted to Gills who promised I will get a reply in 48 hours but its gone a week and no reply. Dam frustrating. Just chatted to jenifer now and she too promised to get back in 48 hours but all im getting is lies. I asked for details to lay a complaint but was told by jennifer im not allowed to have it. What crap business are you people running, lies upon lies.

same thing has happened with me. I kept on pinging them every alternate days from August 3 to October 4 today. Still no result of that courtesy.
Its more frustrating when they copy all the statements n final verdict is we know what they are going to say "we will update u via mail in next 24-48 hrs"
And trust me that 24-48 hrs will never come.

I got cheated by the seller from the order above in ali express. He promised me a refund if i send back the product. He convinced me not to open a dispute. He is still sell in Ali express. The joke that he put me at his black list. The whole year i chated with the customer disk but nothing. Just promises. No refund no product.
I decided to detective my account.
I don't need to buy from a website who doesn't care to his clients.
I feel very bad that i could not write anything about it. Especially the trauma from the help desk.

AliExpress t20 mini wifi projector / order number - [protected]

I ordered online T20 mini wifi projector from www.aliexpress.com at cost of 108.46 $, there were many options of with and without wifi from which i selected WIFI projector. When i received the projector it was wihout wifi and on complaining about the same, seller and ali express dispute team offer me 2 options.
1) to keep projector at 50% cost since they thought its good projector but without wifi its of no use for me to keep.
2) to return it at my cost for shipping.
Though seller accepted his mitake they ask me to bear cost of shipping. Ali express supported their fraud seller. and at last I am in loss and they are not responding.

AliExpress aliexpress customer service

I have numerous times started disputes and contacting the customer service at Aliexpress. Not a single time I have contacted the customer service have I actually got help. Nor have I been able to reach a person in charge of customer care. Last time I was asked to take photos of non existing things and make a video if something I never got. It is like a bunch if chicken is working there. It must be a way to get hold of someone that is in charge.

The vendor gave out my person information!
Beware! They set you up to cyber attacks behaving so carelessly!

Alex huang from vendor "bliss wigs" broken my trust and risked my personal privacy, by giving out my person contact information without getting my permission first! This is very unprofessional and puts my information at risk! What kind of reputable business gives out customers private information to strangers on the internet? He put me at risk for cyber crime and identity theft! When I reached out to vendor to complain, he said sorry and offered me six dollars! I've been trying to complain to customer service with no avail.
