Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service at Albee Baby - Buyer Beware!
So, I bought this really expensive item from Albee Baby and it turned out to be not what I was looking for. I decided to return it, but boy was I in for a surprise. They don't pay for shipping, so I had to shell out $50 just to send it back to them. And guess what? I never got my refund! I've been trying to get in touch with them through phone and email, but they haven't responded even once. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

I recently purchased a car seat from Albee Baby and was disappointed to find that the date of manufacture was over two years old. As we all know, car seats have a limited lifespan of 6-7 years, so this was concerning to me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Albee Baby based on my experience. It's important to receive products that are up-to-date and safe for our children, and I don't feel like this was a priority for them. I hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

This website is the worst I've ever seen! When I tried to check out, I had three payment options, which was great. However, just five minutes later, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled not once, but twice! I think PayPal is terrible, but it seems like it's the only way to check out, even though there are two other options available. The customer service representatives were so rude and unhelpful! I will never shop here again!
