Alan's Factory Outlet review: Order placed and product not delivered

Prior to placing my order#75399 on 18 mar 2026, I called and was given a delivery estimate of 5 to 8 weeks. It's now 16 July and no delivery date is scheduled. I contacted the company June 21 and was emailed that they needed a full truckload with 2 to 3 days of work for this area in order to schedule a delivery, this was not mentioned in the initial contact or in the contract. If I were to cancel the order, I will probably lose my deposit of $427,20 The contract states 4+ weeks for delivery which could run several more months or longer, this is not acceptable, if I didn't need the carport I would not have ordered it.
