About the second week of August I ordered my metal building and got my site photos submitted very soon afterwards, within a couple of days. 2 months roll by into October and I call to inquire about a delivery and installation time and they told me the end of the month. Then that deadline passes and I call again close to the second week of November and they tell me it'll be November 24 and 25th for an install date. Then It is now 11/18 and I am asking for an update and confirmation of install for the days I was told and Alan's customer service told me they talked to the installer and it would now be the second week of December. I will never use this company again.

Desired outcome: Install ASAP.
