This compny was real good and fast! I drived a car to my office for a Christmas Parade that night. I locked the keys in it. I called my insurance company and they sent April from ATR to open my door to get keys. She did a great job! She saved the day! Thank you ATR!

They got the job done. Good luck tryin to get them to answer the phone. My advice is to keep callin back. They don't answer messages. It took 7 tries, so make sure you have time to deal with them. Their posted office hours are not correct. The must get there late and leave early with a long lunch in between. Use someone else.

I went to ATR, Alabama towing and recovery, to help get my mom's car back after she passed away last September. I talked to some employees and they were cool. But the owners, Lana and Henry, are greedy. They didn't tell me I had to pay wholesale for the car. They even charged me $800 for a diagnostic with no info. I asked if I could buy the car back and they said no, they want $16,000 now. They're taking advantage of me and it's not right. I wouldn't go back or recommend them to anyone. The employees there must be sad to work for such greedy people. Karma will get them. Share this with your family and friends.

alabama tow & recovery inc made bad repairs to my car after accident, using cheap and broke parts and gave back car with more problems than before.

On Wed Sept 18, 2019, the tow truck driver "***" - *** came to tow my car cuz it was outta gas. He messed it up. He started my car and put it in neutral to get it on the truck. When we got to my house, my car was all outta gas. I asked him to get gas but he didn't listen. Instead, he went under my hood and under my car without asking and messed up my shifter cable tryna force the car off the truck. He still ain't paid me back for the damage. I need help.
