Alabama Department Of Labor review: Back payment not received

I applied for unemployment when I couldn't work due to the covid pandemic, I was finally approved october 2 2020 they said my back pay was broke down into two payments I did not receive the 1st i'm oct 2 direct deposit a week later I received a payment 114$ then I was supposed to receive 1240 sum dollars rest of back pay the following week I did not. They said maybe I have the wrong numbers not possible because the week before and week after I received my regular payment to the same account. I and my children have covid and I really needed that back pay for my kids and bills. I've been hung up on cursed out. I've called and emailed the treasury department and all other departments even the us inquiry line with no response. We are suffering. Please help! And something happen
