my complaint no is 12639, last year i visted branch to close my card which i did not use single time bank staff took filled form and accepted to close, after year they send me sms to pay 68 dirham same day i called bank and book complaint, since fab bank staff giving me wrong feedbak every day i am calling they will ans with in 24hrs we will reply but they never call back, finally i send complaint to CEO leval and lanch complaint on social media and central bank as well, now ther are forcing me to pay 2800 for the card which i did not use single time and as bank staff staff closed one year back
