-Delayed delivery without notification.
-After holding for 40 minutes was told a missing part was holding up delivery. The rep said she would call me back before close of business, and did not. Did not get a call back regarding the missing item or delivery date.
-Did not receive a call the day before delivery, only a call 25 minutes before the delivery- i was fortunately on site to receive it.
-The four appliances were delivered, 2 were heavily damaged (dented) and were sent back.
-Two were accepted, but the missing part that was originally missing, was still missing, (I discovered after the delivery although the del. person told me everything was present, so I accepted).
-Waited over a 11 days, 3 phone calls, two emails, before receiving an official notice acknowledging 2 damaged units would be replaced.
Four phone calls To customer service, each time holding between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours to follow up with missing components kit. Left 3 messages with original sales person over five days, before call was returned.
Had to escalate to a customer service "supervisor." After explaining the situation, she did not apologize or offer to help, her tone and expressions were rude. I had to repeat myself several times while she interrupted. Her language was so defensive and relentless, it made me wonder if it was a technique they were employing.
I was simply trying to get the missing component kit mailed to me, that had been missing for over 30 days.
After she put me on hold for another 30 minutes, she returned to say the kit would be Federal Expressed and she would email the tracking number.
Still not resolved. I am simply exhausted-
Hope i actually get the email today.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
