I ordered a dress March 29 2021. Paid $ 14.18 with PayPal. I have tried to contact ZC Holding numerous times with no response. I have a receipt # 2pf46161jH361304B. I have also tried to track the order and it says still in transit. I would like to know if I am ever going to get my order. I have also notified PayPal of this transaction.
Please let me know if I can get a replacement item or a refund. Thank you

Pair of shoes they came with the return label. I put the label on the lady said that is the wrong label

Received top the other day.and what a disappointment. Nothing like plcture on web site.whst a robbery.might as well as thrown money out the window.tried to return it and had no joy.would never buy their rubbish again.and will never get money back why on earth are they aloud to still trade. I think they should buck their ideas up.cant believe that I can't get on website to return it.the top is rubbish!

I ordered a dress from this company and paid via pay pal the item arrived and it was nothing like the advert. I have no idea how to return the item there are no details about an order number but the return form will not allow a return without an order number. They appear to be avoiding returning g money at all costs. I have emailed them with no response.

I paid for this order then sent a message after to long not receiving notice of my order till finally was sent a message my order was shipped now weeks later still nothing unable to track for what reasons or contact those responsible PLEASE EITHER SEND FULL ORDER OR FULL REFUND this is unexceptionable to treat customers like this PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM

my order was purchased from an advertisement on Facebook back in March of 2021, using PayPal, and have not received my items. Garment, once received, was not as advertised, (Images attached) so I wanted to return it and have my outlay refunded Website access was non existent, unless you had emailed the company first. Upon return of the garment, as per their instructions, they offered a refund of £8.52 - Which I disputed. Garment was returned as per their instructions with mailing label they provided. I have just received notification from PayPal, that ZC Holding have refunded only £5.52! Their practices are not transparent, fair or trustworthy. I will also be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

Material and color was misrepresented on the AiryDress site. Only received a partial refund, after paying for shipping both ways.
