I ordered three dresses on 4/10/2021 this is 8/06/2021 and paid using credit card and I still haven't received my order. I either want a full refund or my order delivered. This is a horrible way to conduct a business. I will contact the BBB, Facebook and my states Attorney General concerning this business ? I will warn other consumers to not order from this company !?

Hej jag beställde kläder från er, se fakturanummer ovan. Jag vill inte ha nåt av dessa och det fanns ingen returlapp med. Jag har mailat flera gånger och bett om en adress som jag skicka tillbaka allt men har inte fått svar! Dålig service! Nu ligger det en faktura genom klarna och jag betalar inte den eftersom jag vill returnera skicka tillbaka kläderna. Var ska jag skicka det?

Ik heb een bestelling van januari van florydays nog niet ontvangen en kan op geen enkele manier contact gegevens vinden of een klantenservice bereiken!

Wel vind Klarna dat ik moet betalen en contact moet opnemen met de webshop, alleen lijkt dat onmogelijk! Terwijl Klarna zelf wel contact kan krijgen zo stellen zij zelf! Wat kan ik doen?

I placed my order on June 20th 2021 for 6 items totalling £63.75 inc postage. My items arrived on July 3rd which was when I had expected it to. After opening up my parcel I tried everything on, some items were huge all over, others just big under the arms but my worst problem was the material. It was thin and slidey and clung to my skin, it felt horrible. One top fits and is of a nicer material so I kept that and looked to see how to return the others. There was no paperwork with the clothing so I checked my paypal email, also no clues on how to print off anything to send with my returns. By now I'm getting concerned that I will not be able to return my unwanted goods when I found a label with a return address on the main packaging. I have sent the 5 items to the PO address but now need to sort out how to stop my other 2 payments from being taken from my account. I have looked for an email address but cannot find one so I really need your help with this matter urgently please. Kind regards C Egerton.

I ordered 10 items on June 24, 2021, and only received one item When I check the status on the app it said all of the items were shipped the next day but It has been at the JFK logistics provider for the past 7 days I do not have any way to communicate with them to resolve the problem

I have returned the items and still do not sure I am getting a refund.

I ordered 13 items from AiryDress.com April 12, 2021. I received it on May 6th, 2021. The quality of the materials was not even close to the description or picture. Cheap fabric and poor fit! They offer free returns of your first order.
I immediately made a return request online for the entire order. They provided a shipping label and I sent of the package on May 8, 2021. Tracking on the package shows it was received by merchant May 10. Return label was for US location.
I have written then several emails asking for my refund. To this day June 28, 2021 I have heard nothing from them nor any refund. They not only have all the merchandise but also $122 of MY MONEY! Do not buy from this company Airydress.com also known as ZC Holding (HK). I want my refund [censored]!

I returned the order because some of the tops was to big and some to small and also didn't look like what I saw on the website. I emailed them about a refund and they said Iwas suppose to contact them first but see anything on the website stating that I just saw where it follow the return steps so that's what I did. Order # [protected]. I ordered 4 dresses to be in "polyester " fabric. I ordered 4 because I like the style and color and know this fabric doesn't wrinkle.
The burgundy dress is the fabric I expected and am thrilled with . The 3 that came a few days later are NOT polyester fabric and are of rayon fabric and wrinkles very easily and does not hang as nicely when worn.
I'd appreciate getting the other 3 dresses in the same polyester type fabric as the burgundy one as the ad stated "polyester ".

It's really sad that a company would take advantage of people, I will never order from this company again! I have filled out about 17 forms but the either the submit won't work or some other thing in the form won't worl! After PayPal contacted them or you, I did get a promising "message" asking for the information that I have above in the letter, I again typed it out and sent it but got a "form" letter again with choises of ...for presales only...this form will not connect for any other questions ! So I cannot even send them what they claim they want.
Please help me, I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to lose all this money!
I need my items that I ordered or I need my money back.

I have chatted with the klarna agent and they told me to contact you so I can find out where my order is at I orderd it on april 16 the due date is May 23 they told me I should be getting my package by May 20th and I still haven't seen anything where is my package I have been waiting for a month
