King Arms M1A1 Paratrooper CO2 GBBR Airsoft Gun/ magazine will not cycle
We ordered the above gun as a Xmas present for my son. When it arrived it did not work, it appeared to be a problem with the magazine. We shipped the gun back which cost us $65.00. The new gun arrived approximately 6 weeks later. Once again there was a problem with the magazine, it would not cycle bullets. Rather than spend another $65 we decided to try to have it fixed locally. We got the gun back today. It is the magazine that is not working and it could not be fixed. I immediately called Airsoft G.I. but was told by customer service that it was a couple weeks past the 45 day warranty and there was nothing Airsoft G.I. would do. I stated we simply needed a new magazine, could they not call the manufacturer and request a new magazine. I was told by the customer service rep "no". I was assured by the customer service rep, that there manager, Alfred, would do nothing either.
It's really sad, that was my sons main Christmas present. We now have over $400 in the gun and we have never been able to shoot it a single time. I feel like a new magazine would fix the problem. However I was told repeatedly by customer service at Airsoft G.I., they would do nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please DO NOT purchase from this company ! I bought a gun. It never worked. I tried several times calling to get an RMA (required) to return it. Everytime I called they said it was on it's way. After calling for 2 months and getting nothing in the mail I contacted my Visa company and initiated a chargeback. Visa investigated complaint and ruled in MY favor. I then get a collection notice in the mail and now it is on my credit report ! I still have not received the RMA and the last time I called after repeatedly calling for 2 months I was told it had been to long to return it and they wanted me to give them the money back for the chargeback. Are you kidding me ! I have never had to file a complaint about a purchase with Visa and you know they would not have ruled in my favor if after thoroughly investigating they realized also that this is a SCAM of a company. They will rip you off ! Please be careful. Buy products from a different company.

Do not purchase product from this company. They do not stand behind their merchandise. My son’s gun fell apart on the third use and injured his finger. I spent 8 months trying to get the company to take responsibility for selling a defective and dangerous product. All I wanted was a refund in exchange for the gun so they could analyze the gun and improve safety/design or pull the item off the market. They refused and hid behind a “48 hour dead on arrival warranty”. PLEASE, do not take the risk that your child too could be injured by a dangerous toy. The gun was $200 retail and cheaply manufactured (made in China). Airsoft GI’s customer service is inferior and dishonest. Patronize another retailer who truly cares about their customers and stands behind the products they sell. Airsoft GI does not care about their customers or their safety!
I totally agree with your complaint ! This retailer is a total scam. I have already contacted the A.G's office in California.
