Laptop lost at terminal 2
— 9th August 2020 I was travelling by spicejet (DXB - AHMEDABAD) flight number: SG16 at 19:25.

lost luggage
We lost our luggages.we did the claims but not satisfied with their offers. They just offer us less than 40% of our claims and leave us no choices rather than accepting their offers. Its due to their mistakes, we lost our luggages and valuable things and why should we have to bear the loss. They must be responsible and have to offers us the full claims.
Its is the most worst experience that i am dealing with. And they treat soo badly instead of providing the better solutions start bargaining with us . First offer $200 then 500, 900 and finally 1000 and now stop responding. Its been three month and they didnot have solve our problems.
I wnat to make aware everyone that donot trust singapore airlines better to choose other options rather than taking risks.

Absolutely irritating situation.
Their website states that they will refund my fee if they don't find my things. It's been a while since I reported and I decided I wanted a refund. It just didn't make sense to wait any longer.
They sent me an email stating that my money is on my bank account. I checked it once, then twice. Nothing. Ok, I thought that maybe this operation takes a while and waited for a couple of days. Nothing. I called them again and they said I never asked them for a refund o_O
I requested to immediately send my money and they agreed. it's been a week. Nothing. They stopped answering.
