We just spent 4 nights, for 1900.00 in seviervile.

Cabin was beautiful BUT WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.ive been staying in air b b and other rentals for over 20 years, I'm not a young or inexperienced. We started with missing batteries in half remotes. We arrived late at night, had to run around looking for AAA batteries.

Not one item in stock ,nothing, no salt no pepper, nothing. Then when we flushed upstairs and downstairs the toilets didn't flush or sprayed all over u.

The finale was ee rented home for out 10 day tenessee trip because we pCked light wanted to do laundry. During first load washer made awful sound and stopped with tub full clothes and water. Called management for 2 days to get these automated messages saying g they notified management. We wound up having g to take stinky clothes out of tub, wri g it and go to laundromat. Ridiculous and NEVER EVER HEARD FROM THEM OR GOT A CL.JUST MESSAGES SAYUNG THEY ATE NOTIFYI G MANAGEME T.if we had a really big issue like heat we would never have confidence they would fix it. Went back to reviews and all the bad ones were about property management. This area has thousands of rentals I would NEVER USE HAVE. PROPERTIES AGAIN. They gave us 100 for our laundry fees. Unacceptable service.

My recent stay at 212 Parkline Way, managed by Haven Vacation Rentals, was nothing short of a disappointment. The primary issue that marred our experience was the appalling lack of cleanliness in the property. It was evident that the home hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our arrival, and our repeated complaints were met with indifference.

Additionally, the faulty hot tub further soured our stay. Not only did it take an inordinate amount of time for the management to address the issue, but when it was finally ‘fixed,’ the cleanliness of the hot tub left much to be desired. It was far from the relaxing experience we had anticipated.

Furthermore, the absence of window coverings was a blatant security concern. It’s simply unacceptable to have no privacy in a rental property, and our requests for a solution fell on deaf ears.

Throughout our stay, it was abundantly clear that the property was not being adequately maintained. Despite our best efforts to communicate our concerns, Haven Vacation Rentals failed to provide the level of service and resolution we expected. I strongly caution anyone considering this property for their vacation, as our experience was marred by these persistent issues.

I'm so mad right now, but I'll just tell you what happened. We stayed at 'Black Bear Lodge' and it was gross. Bugs everywhere and the place was falling apart. On the fourth night, me and my baby were in bed and we saw a hornet above my head. My husband and dad tried to kill them, but there were too many. We found eight of them and had to put a towel under the door. When we told the owner we wanted to leave, they said it was normal for the area. They didn't give us a refund or another place to stay. They sent someone to spray, but didn't fix the problem. I didn't want my baby to breathe in the chemicals. They only gave us one day's refund, which we never got. They wanted us to come back, but we said no way. We took good care of the place and have pictures to prove it. Don't stay here or at any Haven places.

I told Haven Vacation Rentals that their cleaners took my whole king bed comforter set, a king fleece blanket, and 2 queen fleece blankets. They said, "I don't know about the bedding. We know it's a problem for Haven. We've tried to fix it, but the cleaners still take things." The cleaners also took a queen comforter set, a queen comforter, and a queen blanket. I got those back the same day I found out they were missing. It seems like Haven or the cleaners should pay me back or give me new stuff. Thanks.

We rented a place from Haven Vacation Rentals online. The house is not like the pictures or ads. No balcony or fire pit. No internet. No front door. Dryer is broken and ruined our clothes. Master suite has no door handle and won't close. There's mold in the shower. Furniture is torn up. Broken window in master bath. Lights don't work in other bedroom. We feel unsafe and dirty in the house because of all this. We had to find a quiet place for internet for my student to take a college quiz online. Our vacation was ruined. My husband and I are both teachers and this is our only vacation. We can't afford to eat the $1600 it cost to stay here and go somewhere else. We tried to fix the issues, but the company did NOTHING. They didn't even give us a partial refund or fix anything. We want our money back. This is fraud and unethical. I don't know how people can sleep at night after doing this to others. It's not a police issue, but this company shouldn't be in business. I want others to know so they don't waste their money or ruin their vacations dealing with this company. They should give us our money back, but I doubt they will. This review is our hope that something will be done.
