I am complaining against air king international agency bangalore branch
I paid 20000 rs for oman moh, last year 2020, but they are postponed interview to this year, interview they conducted in bangalore feb month, but they didn't send any hall ticket or place of interview nothing, we did nt attend the interview also,. Now they are not repaying that money back, the agent name is jomon from idukki, sabu, sabu is using bad words also when we are asking money,

Six month back i attend kuwait interview through Air King International - Angamaly. Agency manger hold my passport in the name of visa processing. I paid premedical cost Rs2500and Rs5000 as advance service charge to him.Six months past he did not arrange any offer and not refund my amount.Tell me how to make complaint against him...
