Air Miles Rewards Program review: Worst help service imaginable; most unhelpful live chat

I have been a week and more than 8 hours trying to get a live person to help me with a problem that was created by Air Miles.
In the past they said they had fixed the problem! I am still having the same issue.
No one answers a phone, even it you stay on an hour longer than the suggested wait times.
I am currently still waiting (30 min. suggested wait time) and it is now over 1 hour 14 minutes.
I wasted 44 minutes with Live Chat only for her to finally say, my issue can only be resolved my phoning!
