I attempted to redeem my points by phone on Wednesday, February 4, with one of your employees. I am now being told—again—that there are issues preventing me from using them. This is unacceptable.
I was issued four Amazon gift cards, which I am unable to use. I have now been informed by another employee that I must resubmit my information yet again. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering this issue should have been resolved during my initial call.
I do not understand why such a minor matter cannot be handled properly or why I continue to receive conflicting information from your staff. These points and gift cards belong to me, and I should be able to use them without repeated barriers.
At this point, I am very upset and losing confidence in your customer service. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating this issue to the next level, including pursuing formal complaints and legal options if necessary.
