Air India review: refund not received

I've requested for cancellation over phone (+91 124 264 1407) at 5-30 PM (Kenya time) on 07/11/2019 for the ticket vide booking reference no.Z2TJV, due to change in schedule at your end. Please send confirmation about cancellation and full refund on my Credit card account.

Wrote to Somnath Chakrabarti, AM(C-Admin), f.Manager Kolkata Airport . Got a reply over mail:

Dear SOD

in our understanding E-commerce unit AI has already refunded the ticket and credit of funds should be processed by them soon.

...its more than a month, still I haven't got my refund, neither eny mail communication from Air India e commerce dept. No one in the e commerce section picks up the phone ever!

Please sort me out & arrange for immediate refund.
