I had to travel via code-sharing from Frankfurt to Delhi on 14 J july 2026 via flight number AI 2026. seat number 22C, PNR : DZGNHZ.
My seat tray table was broken and could not be locked.
The air hostess promised me to change after all passengers were in, but no support was provided, and I had to get up to search for a seat by myself.
One seat was selected, but its screen operations were not functional. I was getting disturbed by the passenger at the back as and when he pressed the screen, shows the seats were flimsy and fragile. My journey was miserable.
Why fly aircrafts which have poor and miserable infrastructure?
god forbid about the technical suitability of the aircraft.
The aircraft started late. Poor service, except the landing was superb.

Recommendation: why ask, i wont recomend any one to travel by Air India
