Dear Sir/Madam,

On October 13, 2025, I took a flight from Rabat to Brussels with Air Arabia. A few days earlier, I had taken the same luggage on the flight from Brussels to Rabat. At the airport in Brussels, I experienced no issues whatsoever. At check-in in Rabat, I had to pay extra because my suitcase was considered too large. I have been traveling with this suitcase as hand luggage around the world for years. I have never had any problems with any airline. In the past year, I have taken 10 international flights with the same hand luggage with various airlines and have never encountered any issues until Rabat. I had to pay 75 euros, or I would not have been allowed to take the flight. Attached, you will find all the necessary photos to show that my luggage does meet the baggage requirements. If you need more information, don't hesitate te ask! If you need more photos, I can provide.

Could this be reconsidered, and could my payment be refunded?
