Book the hotel and had to cancel within ten minutes because hotel did not take reservations for one day stay. I booked for two nights but my colleagues were only going to stay one night. Thus, I had to cancel and find another hotel to take three reservations. I did not know about the one day. Tried to cancel in after phone calls and checking. In less than an hour, I requested cancellation though the system which they tell me to allow 48 hours processing. The next day, I got the invoice from Agoda.

Recommendation: Don't Use Agoda
