Worked with this agency and paid the bill in full and explicitly asked that this not go on the credit reporting sites or that if it was reported to be deleted. They refused to remove it. This is a medical bill and should not count against my credit, but because this agency will not work with me, my credit will be hosed for 7+ years. Absolutely horrible experience working with this agency. Unethical beyond belief.
