Agape Diamonds review: Ring life maintenance service

I put in a request thru the website to complete a ring resizing, rhoduim redone, and them to complete the lifetime maintenance that they offer. I even paid for the shipping with insurance. They provided the label. I packaged my rings inside a ring box, inside of another box with my order form stapled and the box inside the folded paper. I missed an email that was sent on June 25th, 2026, so I didn't know that there was an issue, I followed up as it had been over 6 weeks since I had heard from them. I have now been told that the box when they received it, had additional items inside the box and my ring was not in there and that I am on my own. I am awaiting for them to assist me in getting this ring replaced, but they have an internal theft problem within their company.
