I placed an order with DSW through AfterPay. The final total ended up being different than the total AfterPay had when they gave me the monthly payment amounts. I tried to login to the app to see if they had the new total but I get an error message that I do not have an accout and I'm not able to open one because the system says my phone number is already showing an account. I have sent several emails with no response. I put a freeze on my credit card so no more money can be taken out. I would like to know the status of my account with AfterPay before I recomment to my employer (DSW) rather we should keep them or not.
