On September 11 someone placed an order using my afterpay account and stored the payment method. I immediately contacted afterpay to inform them that my account was hacked also i contacted the merchant to make them aware of the fraudulent purchase. They were able to provide me with the order number and the delivery address which was an address somewhere in Miami Florida, someone ordered an Xbox using my account information. After a few weeks of trying to resolve this issue with afterpay they finally responded and stated that after their investigation it was determined that no fraud was committed and that i am responsible for that fraudulent purchase which i replied that i'm not paying for a purchase that i never made and requested that my account be closed asap
Desired outcome: TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CLEARED.
