taken out parts from myHP laptop

I had bought a used Hp laptop, it had littel problem it some time get on and some time not I taken it service centre AFORESERVE. COM LTD. FOR REPAIRING, they told me that there is problem in PCB, they could not able repair it even taking 40 days to get back my laptop, when I received my laptop there was missing of CPU, battery charging port, usb ports and it made it such a condition that it never repair any were in india.
