Aetna review: Incorrect PCP copay applied to a claim

My ID card, AETNA website and an AETNA representative is all saying my copay for my PCP $20.00, but someone in the claims department processed the claim with the incorrect copay of $30.00. This need to be corrected ASAP! Your claim examiner applied the incorrect copay to my visit to see my PCP on 08/26/2026. This needs to be fixed now. This seems to a normal thing that your claims examiner are unable to process claims correctly, to assist you, I can come and train them on how to efficiently process a medical claim

Desired outcome: Reprocess the claim for my PCP to reflect the correct copay $20.00, my card, AETNA website and re from AETNA confirmed the copay is $20.00 not my doctor's office stating I owe them $30.00 Fixed this ASAP!!!
