Advantage Rent A Car review: Theft

I rented a vehicle in Orlando FL on 03-09-26 and returned it 03-13-26. I have a handicap placard that I used while visiting. I placed it under the visor of the vehicle and forgot to take it when I returned the car. I tried to call immediately from the airport, no answer and voicemail box full. I did send an email. When I arrived back in MN I called again and a person did answer. He told me that saw my email. He asked what a handicap placard was. I told him and he said nobody found it. He didn’t even know what they were looking for so how can he say they didn’t find it? Someone has it because it was there and I don’t have it. I respected their property, the least they could do is return my property. Now I will need to cancel this placard and get a new one. My hope right now is once it’s cancelled whoever took it uses it and gets caught! They have thieves working at Orlando Advantage Rental Cars!
