What the nature of the dispute is: Advanced Vape Supply promised to ship the products earlier this year, and while some customers claim to have received them (according to online forums), they have stopped responding to me and basically took my money. Resolution: I tried reaching out multiple times, but the company has completely stopped responding. I want to mention that this business operates in a similar way to a Ponzi scheme, where they collect money upfront from many customers and only send the products to a few selected ones months later. They keep collecting money for a product they struggle to make.
