Hired Advance Chimney to clean our chimney, but they made us get an inspection too. Ended up costing us $345.37. They took a bunch of pics and said our chimney was dangerous, trying to sell us a $10,000 repair. Got a second opinion from another company who said our chimney was okay, but the cleaning was crappy. Seems like Advance Chimney just wanted to scare us into a bigger job instead of doing what we asked.
