Dear ADP Corporate Team,

I am writing to formally dispute multiple billing errors that have resulted in over $13,000 in unauthorized and excessive payroll charges to our account. These charges are not only inaccurate but have been met with an unacceptable lack of resolution from your support team.

Summary of Issues:
We signed up for ADP Payroll and went live on May 30, 2025.
Despite this, we were charged $5,300 for payroll services in April, a month in which we had no active payroll or services with ADP.
In May, we only ran one week of payroll for approximately 200 employees, yet we were charged $12,800 — a rate consistent with 400 employees, which is double our actual headcount.
The correct charge for May should have been approximately $2,000.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, we have been told that ADP is only willing to credit $2,500, which is far below the actual overcharge. This is not only unreasonable — it is unethical.

Requested Action:
We are requesting:

A full investigation into these charges.
A complete refund or credit of the overcharged amount (approximately $13,000).
A written explanation of how these errors occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent future billing discrepancies.
This situation is unacceptable, and we expect immediate action. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate through our financial institution, file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state regulatory agencies, and consider legal action.
