ADP review: Horrible service

I have been using ADP for my business for about 2 years now and have not one good thing to say about them. Its impossible to speak to someone on the phone. You can leave phone messages, email messages and nobody returns your calls. They made a mistake on my State Unemployment tax information which cost me $32K. We used Paychexs for 25 years before switching to ADP. Paychexs did make its fair share of mistakes but all the mistakes they made in 25 years, ADP can make in one payroll. I also contacted them to handle my insurance and benefits and that department hasn't called back ever.
