I purchased an official Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription directly from Adobe's official website using my web browser. Shortly after activating my account and paying for the service, my subscription was abruptly cancelled without warning. Adobe flagged my account with an automated "fraudulent activity" notice despite receiving a valid payment from my end. When I contacted Adobe Customer Support to resolve this, the experience was unhelpful and dismissive. Agent "Khushboo" acknowledged in our chat that my payment was successfully processed ("I can see you were charged for the subscription"), yet refused to reinstate my access or issue an immediate refund. Instead, I was told I must wait 3 to 4 business days for a backend "investigation" and that no information could be shared with me due to undisclosed "security and legal reasons." To make matters worse, while I was actively typing my concerns regarding lost work time and unrefunded money, the agent abruptly closed the chat and disconnected the session without providing a resolution or case summary. I am currently left without access to the software I paid for, without a refund, and with zero clarity on my account status.
Claimed loss: until now they say that it will take 3-4 business days to solve it, and the accound is already stopped for 12 hours at least since this porblem
