I am writing to formally report an issue regarding Adobe billing activity on my bank card.
I previously subscribed to a free trial of Adobe services. During the trial period, I experienced significant performance issues (constant lag/freezing), and I also found that the subscription price is not suitable for my region due to being too expensive. For these reasons, I cancelled the subscription before it converted into a paid plan.
However, despite cancelling the free trial and not having any active subscription, I am still seeing attempts to charge my bank card. I do not currently have any active agreement or subscription with Adobe.
I kindly request the following actions:
Immediate investigation into why payment attempts are still being made
Confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and no billing is active
Removal of my payment details from their billing system to prevent further attempts
If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate it to my bank as a potential unauthorized billing case and take further action through consumer protection channels.
This matter requires urgent attention.
