Adidas yeezy boost 250 v2

Okay, so i’ve been waiting for weeks for the yeezy boost 350 v2 zebra drop in south africa.. Sat 24/06/2017 has finally come and gone. I was lucky enough to get a pair online on the adidas online store. I arrived at work this morning and checked the status of my order online. It was cancelled. Sent them an email and received no response. Called the call centre and they cannot help me and say that the system automatically cancelled my order. And they cannot do anything as there is no stock. I have not received a mail to say it was cancelled. I have paid for them in full and did not receive a refund. As you know aftermarket prices on yeezys are ridiculous r6k+.. This is very very disappointing and unprofessional of adidas. Will never ever again support adidas.. I am disgusted!

Adidas adidas súper star

I purchased my daughter this shoes for her birthday she was very excited when she saw them but unfortunately after wearing them about 3 times she started noticing the shoes look like there old they look like there melting she was very disappointed so what I did I took them back to the store immediately to addidas store in Cerritos cal Cerritos mall they told me the couldn't help me because she had worn them and they couldn't resale them so they couldn't exchange they gave me a customer service number were I called and they gave me another number were they never answer or for some reason when I would call the call would hang up so now I have a pair of 90 dollar shoes in closet that my daughter won't wear I think the exchange or return policy is stupid I'm spending a lot of money for a pair of shoes that ended up in the closet because they look ugly I hope somebody could help me

Adidas ripoff

I am so disgusted that I paid R2300 for a tracksuit that has been made so cheaply. I invested my money thinking I would get quality but I was obviously wrong. I have worn this tracksuit 3 times since new and already the jacket ribbing is worn out. It is so flimsy that it's probably going to flip up after the second wash. I have bought tracksuits from you guys before and never have I experienced such bad quality. I will gladly box this up and return it so you guys can have a look for yourselves. This is really bad for such a huge brand. The reason we spend this amount of money on clothing items is in the open of receiving good strong quality.

Good day
Yesterday we called the Adidas store at Cape Gate Lifestyle Centre as to what time they close. We got there at 6 and a consumer was just leaving the store. My husband indicated that he wanted to make a purchase. With hand signals from inside an employee indicated that they are no working with cash. My husband then indicated that he’d use the swiping facility - we had been there during the week and knew exactly which sneaker and where to locate it including size so it was just about grabbing a box and paying. Both he and my 8 year old son - for whom the purchase was - had to turn away at the door - not even an apology or any form of verbal communication. The service therefore was totally unprofessional and we then bought a sneaker elsewhere and a different brand.

Adidas I am complaining about fake adidas dealer

I purchased a trackpant from Patiala Sports Wear, T. B. Hospital Road, Patiala. I demanded the bill from the owner but he refused to give bill. He is selling branded trackpant, t-shirts, shorts etc. ( Adidas, Reebok, Nike etc). Kindly confirm whether Patiala Sports Wear, T.B.Hospital Road, Patiala is authorised dealer to sell these branded products or not. The accused might be selling pirated/ duplicate products of the branded companies.

Adidas clothes

I order two Adidas SHRITS from two different web site and didnt get the shirt I wanted now the web site doesn't want to give me my money back so unhappy right now I wanted to cry I order a red white and black Adidas crop top with 72 on the sleeve from both sites one site send me a black shirt with leopard print the other site send me a black and white Adidas shirt and the letters were fading away on the shirt I explained to the company this is not what I ordered please send me my shirt or please send me my money I didn't get either one

Adidas adidas ladies court shoe - stabil 13 w

To whom it may concern,

I purchased these shoes for my daughter from sportmans warehouse woodmead on 15/04/2017 for the sole purpose of playing netball. As seen from the above date she has had these shoes not even for 2 months.

She has also not used the every day and from the photo's attach you can see the soles are completely damages and due to this she is slipping when running and stopping and this can cause serious injuries.

She had another brand of netball shoes for more than 2 years before we had to buy new ones and she did not have this problem at all.

I am very disappointed in the quality of adidas as one pay a lot for the product and expect quality as this is an international brand.

I would appreciate your urgent response as she is participating in the gauteng netball championships from friday 16/06/2017 and as you can see it is impossible to let her play in these shoes as it is not in a playable condition and unsafe.

Adidas hockey stick

I bought a new hockey stick almost a year ago and I paid over 2 grant for it. I was stuck between a few sticks to choose from, I wanted a good quality stick. I decided to go with the adidas lx24 carbon dualrod because of all the good comments I got about it, I was very satisfied with my stick and recommended it to a lot of people. I play club hockey so all my games are on astro and now all of a sudden my stick has started to make a "whole" on the head and it is starting to splinter... I am very unhappy about my stick and I would like to know what is adidas going to do about it? At this moment I feel like if I only took a other make I wouldn't have been sitting with this problem now and you guys know how expensive hockey sticks are these days I can't afford to buy a new one and I feel it's now my problem but yours!

Adidas adidas ultra boost

Good day

I would like to express my utter disappointment in the quality of Adidas Ultra boost, I had bought the Shoe in March 2017 thinking it would be my shoe for the OLd Mutual Two Oceans Marathon and well as Comrades Marathon but due to injury I could not do Two Oceans.

I had use the shoe for only 4 traning sessions after my rehabilitation period on road training, but the condition of the sole is as if I had had it for years and this made decide not to use this shoe for Comrades Marathon or else I will be asking for another injury.

The shoe is comfortable, nice and light, even the top part of my shoe is still new but the sole looks a year or 2 old.

I had bought a Adidas Adios Boost before a year and half ago but it is still in good condition. I attached image.

My request is if you please assess my complaint and assist with a new pair of better quality, and I know there has been a number of complains amoungst runners about the Ultra Boost.

I attached images to show the quality.

Adidas adidas adipower hockey ii j junior hockey shoes - solargren

Good Day,

We bought the Adidas AdiPower Hockey II J Junior Hockey Shoes - SolarGren for my son 10 months ago and was very expensive, needless to say the bottom part of the hockey shoe pulled apart from sole during a hockey match.

I am deeply disappointed that the shoe did not last a full season the quality is poor and the kids love the Adidas brand and the shop is not open for a replacement.

My daughter has the exact same shoe and I am really concerned that the same thing is going to happen to her hockey shoes, both kids will be touring the 4- 9 July representing Western Province in Bloemfontein in their respective age groups.

Adidas quality of the adidas ultra boost

I purchased a pair of Adidas Ultra boost on the second week of December 2016, needless to say that I am very disappointed with the promised quality of the continental sole of the Adidas Ultra boost. I ran less than 500 kms (from January 2017 to May 2017) with it but the sole are already warn out and will not carry me through to Comrades on the 4th June 2017 as I had hoped they would. I mean as vehicle owner when you hear the word "continental" you associate the name with durability and you would expect that you would be carried through for many kilometres since the continental car tyres last for at least two and half year but my continental Adidas Ultra boost could not even carry me to 6 months. How disappointing after paying R2 599, I mean REALLY!.

Adidas hockey turf boots

I am deeply disappointed in the quality of your turf boots which is so expensive but only last for one season or less. In 2015 I bought my son's 1st pair of turf boots. two weeks later the fabric near to the ankle tore. The shop did not want to exchange it. in 2016 I bought a new pair few months later the sole came off. How is it that you pay so much money for something that you only wear for about 2-3 hours per day, three times per week for four months of the year and it doesn't last. each year I must replace hockey boots and the season is only 4 months per year. this is not what I call quality. I am really disgusted in this product and will never ever again purchase any adidas product for that matter

Adidas golf shoes

I have only ever used and like the look of the original Adidas 3 stripe golf shoes. I have found that my last two pairs have really not lived up top the Adidas quality of golf shoe. At the back of both pairs, it had torn and totally lost the material and back heel. I am happy to send pictures as both pairs are still fairly new and in great condition by I'm just not happy with both their heels...

I now have 2 fairly new pairs of shoes that I cannot use.

Adidas Adidas nmd xr1 primeknit shoes

Hi .

I ordered one of adidas originals NMD XR1 primekint shoes from online store in UK ( www.adidas.co.uk) and shipped this shoes to my country via Aramex shop and ship to Saudi Arabia due to this model not available in local stores and was just launched by Adidas and considered as one of Top of lines and rare models.
I paid approx 30$ for shipping this shoes to my country Saudi Arabia. and after a week received it.

The issue i'm escalating related to the pair i received, the right and left shoe not identical, this is regarding the color and the design of the shoes the stripes not identical and not aligned in both shoes.

When you are comparing both sides will see that different shoes design ! which noticed and clear for any one . i'm attaching some photos to explain my point.

I escalated this case to Adidas support team, they noticed my issue and promised to find a solutions, the reply from their end was will offer you 10% discount and keep it, and i escalated again to their higher management and they comeback to me with 20 % discount and escalated again and more 30% discount trying to buy my satisfaction.

Of course i rejected all of their offers and asked them to escalated again to their quality team, the shocking reply was as below :

Dear Mr Akul,

Thank you for contacting adidas Customer Service.

Please be informed that the Product Quality Departmnet does consider this to be a quality issue. It is a small optical lack which doesn't affect wearability.
If you are not satisfied with the NMDs you can return the shoes. However we won't refund shipping costs from Saudi Arabia back to Europe.

The other option is that we may refund 10% of the price you paid as a good will gesture.

We apologise for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.

Should you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

The funny things that as per them its a ( a small optical lack which doesn't affect wearability.) seems they are not understating that i'm escalting this due its clearly showing a defect and design issue and no one can accept this for new shoes cost appox 130 pounds

due to the shoes now in Saudi Arabia adidas rejected my request to cover the shipping cost back to UK which will cost approx 150$ they said, you need to cover this as it is not our responsibility!

i offered them to return it to their local stores in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and refund the money to to replace it with new same shoes pair. they committed to comeback to me in 48hrs but till now nothing its approx one week since i received this reply and not answers from their end.

I followed up with them by emails and by whatsapp messages customer support number [protected] and nothing, seems they are ignoring my messages !

I never expect this from such company like Adidas, this is really disappointing me and not acceptable at all.

i need your support to escalate this to top management and help me to solve this case .

Adidas running shoes fault

I purchased a pair of running shoes from Sportsmans Warehouse in Port Elizabeth about 6 months ago (see picture). The lacing mechanism of theses shoes were designed to fail. There are no reinforced holes for the laces and so the flimsy plastic strip holding the laces are designed to break (see picture). I cannot believe that a company like Adidas would design and manufacture a product that is designed to fail in a very short period of time

Adidas waist bag

Waist bag I bought from Adidas Cairo, el Mirghany Street Heliopolis. Less than a year ago. The waist bag is teared appart from the leather part. It is very disappointing as buying an original addidas a trusted brand name that has a longer lifetime than any otber brand or a copied one.
Kindly care more about the quality to match the greatness of you brand.

Adidas adidas ultra boost

Good Day

I have purschase Addias ultra boost on the 19/03/2017, I have only wore the shoe 5 times with one 5km run
Shoe knitting starts to open up
Shoe also go no response when running
I have taken it back to the store on the 1/04/2017 and awaiting feedback from the Addias rep on Monday. Just upsetting knowing I am paying so much for the shoe and this happens.

Adidas stock availability of adidas 17.1 primeknit firm ground soccer boot

I think it is ridiculous that none of your stores in Cape Town have my size (7) in the above mentioned product. I am a huge fan of the brand and the specific product and I have been driving all over to fit and purchase the product.This is supposed to be your most popular boot and it makes no sense that there is no stock. I am now being forced to choose a different brand. Your attention would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

Adidas adidas springblades

I have 2 pairs of Springblades and the second pair i have for about 6 months.
I do not use them to train or run in and im very dissaponted in the quality of these shoes.
See attached photos of the areas where the soles are coming loose and detaching from the shoe itself on both the left and right hand side. My first pair is about 2 years old and they still perfect.
Its actually very disturbing that a pair of shoes with the price tag that they hold has such bad quality issues. And the fact that they can be used for running?
I would like this issue resolved ASAP please.

Adidas unethical behaviour

My husband has purchased the attached adidas shoes Monday the 13th of February, 2017 (around 6 p.m. purchased with a credit card number [protected]) from Adidas Store in front of Europa center - Berlin.
Upon his return we have discovered we need a bigger size (the receipt was lost). We have proceeded to adidas store located in Cairo festival City Egypt who informed us they can only exchange it if same model is available in Egypt (as it is a new model, it is still not here in Egypt).
I also called the head office where my call was received by Ms. Aya Salama who was very tense and nervous and didn't help at all in that regard.
We need to exchange the shoe with a bigger one from one of the available models here in Egypt. In addition, I want to complaint from the very impolite way the head office representative has treated my inquiry.

Adidas adidas energy boost 3 running shoe

Good day Adidas South Africa

I bought a pair of Adidas Energy Boost 3 on 02/08/2016 @ Runners Emporium in Bloemfontein. I bought this only for races and not for normal training. after i put only 28km's on the shoe, i realized that it has almost run through the sole on the left side and almost the same on the right. i took at back to the store i bought it at and they advised that they will have an Adidas rep look at it. after about two weeks they got back to me saying that it is part of the run in and that i should just keep an eye on it. It's just getting worst and i spent R1950 on this shoe and it hurts me paying so much for something but not getting value out of it. i would really appreciate it if could get some kind of refund to buy another shoe. I really like my Adidas running shoes.
