Adia termnated without prior notice

After working in this organization for more than 20 years, my contract ended without any explanation. I guess ADIA is becoming a foreign land occupation, green eyes everywhere with no experience and no degrees, but their race is the passport to this Abu Dhabi jewel. I here people saying that Mohamed al-hajeri is running the show with Majid Al romaithi, by doing things that the rulers are not aware of. the bottom line is this place is now becoming part of the UK. Nobody can talk because of the fear of retaliation. Locals are always afraid of being fired or reprimanded. They suffer quietly and they are not happy with the new kids on the block. Experienced local people who built adia from scratch are all sidelined, and called idiots. Now the new gang and running adai like a family business. Would this last?
