Adel Shop

So I got two things from Adel Shop, right. The first item was pretty decent, and I'm gonna hang onto that one, but the second one, man, it was a total letdown. It looked nothing like what they showed on their website, and I was like, "Okay, no biggie, I'll just send it back." But that's where the trouble started. I spent over a week trying to figure out how to return it. I even sent them an email 'cause I couldn't find any info on how to get in touch for returns, and guess what? No reply at all.

They don't have a phone number or anything, and they have this rule that you gotta contact them before you send anything back or they won't take it. Plus, you'd be on the hook for the shipping costs too. So I went off on my vacation, came back, and thought, "Alright, let's try this one more time." I forwarded my original email to them, and it was exactly 14 business days since the stuff had arrived, which is what their policy says is the limit for returns.

But now they're telling me they won't take it back 'cause it's past their "14-day policy." I mean, come on, it's like they're not even trying to help. Their customer service is a total mess, and it feels like they're just ignoring me on purpose. It's super frustrating 'cause it's pretty much impossible to return anything with them. Honestly, it feels like they're just out to scam people. I'm telling you, I'm done with them. There's no way I'm ordering from Adel Shop again.
